*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***I hired this company to transport a car across the country. I arranged the transport with Bert who was initially very responsive in getting my business. Once the deposit was paid and the transport was scheduled, I asked Bert to confirm the pickup date and he said the vehicle would be picked up on Saturday to have it delivered on Friday that week.Saturday came around and I received a call from the transport company indicating Saturday would be too soon to pickup the vehicle to be delivered on Friday. They rescheduled the pickup for Monday. I prepped the vehicle for pickup on Monday and waited all day for pickup. Since it was 2:35pm and the vehicle hasn't been pickup yet I texted Bert to asked for a timeframe on when they will pick up the vehicle. He said, the vehicle will be picked up between 6pm-8pm so I had to reschedule an appointment I had during that time. Around 7:25pm the driver still hasn't shown up to pickup the vehicle so I texted Bert multiple times to find out what's going on. No response from Bert at all. The driver never showed up that evening. Basically, I wasted my whole day waiting around.Given that Bert is in Florida, I would assume he would text/call me in the morning to clear things up but he never contacted me. Since he already got his payment, he just basically just ignored my texts. Luckily, we were able to get in contact with the driver's company the following day and they said the driver would pickup the vehicle around noon so I left work early to meet the driver. However, the driver didn't show up until 7:30pm that evening which was another waste of time. Eventually, the vehicle was picked up but it took multiple calls to driver's company just to ensure the pickup. This is something that should have been handled by Bert since we hired him for his services.
