Chaos
They take disorganization and chaos to a whole new level. They are unhelpful and clueless. They sent a push notification on my phone that said my class time changed, then I changed my day to be able to make it, I turn up and it’s the the original schedule. They don’t apologise, just keep showing me the original schedule. They don’t listen, don’t know anything about changes and know nothing about customer satisfaction. Very bad experiences. I would recommend you go anywhere else but here.
