Easy Auto Ship, especially Gary Nichols my rep, provided outstanding customer service and explained the process in full. The actual transportation company was amazing, I received a text from dispatch who gave me the pick up date and a number for the driver. Our driver was Boris who was simply awesome at pick up and drop off. Two cars from Connecticut to the greeted Seattle area. Thanks

Anthony is the best representative I have dealt with. Working in customer service myself, I really appreciate all the worry he took away during the shipping process. They will keep you updated along the way. No HIDDEN fees. This company was recommended to me and i highly recommend them.

The whole procedure went smoothly from start to finish. My rep Chris was incredibly pro-actve on getting us the information we needed, put us in touch with the pick up driver, who then put us in touch with the cross country carrier. The car arrived in perfect condition on the date specified. Highly recommend.
Vehicle was stated to be there on a Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and the day that it was supposedly coming kept changing. Somehow 3 day delivery turned into 8 day delivery. Customer service can’t get a hold of the driver or the dispatcher by email or by phone. When the driver finally reached out on day 6 and 7 of not having my vehicle it was excuse after excuse after excuse. Finally on day 8 my vehicle gets delivered at 2:30am! Customer service said oh we will get with the driver for a discount…. Come to find out the discount is only $50!

Terrible experience working with Easy Auto ship. I went with them to ship my car cross country because they were quick to respond and were able to arrange expedited pickup for a higher price which I was ok with. Little did I know this was the start of a nightmare.Once they assign your order out to a dispatch, they pretty much wipe their hands clean and have zero control whatsoever. They send you a dispatch number, but the person on the dispatch line barely communicates with you. So you are pretty much stuck in limbo with 0 updates on your car. Calling Easy Auto ship customer service is no good since they try the exact same number and email with no response. Their claim of “vetting the carriers” is absolute bs. In my case they assigned out to a carrier called “RWB Trucklines Inc”. There is 0 information about this company, and their DOT number has been active for barely 3 months. This screams “red flag”.But that was just the start of my nightmare. A few days after these guys confirmed pickup by the carrier “RWB Trucklines Inc”, I started getting calls from a completely different transportation company “SMG” asking for details of the car. I have no idea who these guys are but apparently they have my car and have taken it to a completely different address 400 miles away. At the same time, the trucker who Easy Auto Ship dispatched my car (“RWB”) out to also sends me texts claiming that he has my car and the delivery will be delayed. So I have no idea who to trust at this point. Calling Easy Auto ship and I get the run around about how some other “phantom” broker likely “sold” my information to another trucking company and they have no control over that. And this is after they have already charged me for their brokerage fee. How on earth does that happen, given that the only company I have talked to and given my details to is Easy Auto Ship ?Meanwhile I am scrambling to try and get my car delivered to me and fortunately for me, the actual truck driver that has my car has been wary enough to not hand off the car to some random person 400 miles away so it doesn't get driven to Mexico. I got in touch with them directly and they basically demanded a higher price to deliver it to me to make up for their lost business, essentially holding me at ransom. Car was finally delivered when i agreed to pay their ransom. I demanded compensation from Easy Auto ship and so far they have refused to take any accountability for this whole mess.In short, they refuse to stand by their claims on their website. They hand off orders to little known companies, clearly some of which are on here to scam and possibly steal vehicles. Then they blatantly lie and accuse me of brokering with another broker, when this is not true at all. Let this ordeal be a warning to folks to stay clear of Easy Auto Ship and “RWB Trucklines”. This was far from “easy”.
The entire process was easy and all questions were answered quickly and always correct.Both the company and truck drivers were very nice to deal with.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience. We were in the middle of an out of state move and we had contacted SGT weeks prior for our Jeep and two motorcycles. They didn't show up on the first scheduled day, then we got a call an hour before the next day that they said they would be there and cancelled on us. We were driving out of state to move the following day. I was frantic and started calling around. My second call was to Easy Auto Ship as the first place I called didn't offer motorcycle transport. Abby picked up and knew right away that I was a mess and needed assistance right away. She assured me every step of the way that she was going to make this happen for us, on the day I called. To my surprise, we had an enclosed trailer come to our home and picked up the three vehicles that very night. They safely arrived the morning we were getting to our new home ourselves. They worked with us and our family who were there to take delivery. I cannot, and I mean CANNOT, thank Abby and Easy Auto Ship enough for all they had done for us and with such short notice. THANK YOU ABBY for making this the best and easiest part of our move! What a lifesaver. THANK YOU!
We had an amazing experience dealing with Abby. We bought the car from a very difficult seller 800 miles away and she helped us through every step of the way. We are so happy to finally have the car at home with us now.
Easy Auto Ship safely delivered my 2023 Genesis G90 across the country. They delivered my vehicle on the day and time stated for the exact amount I was quotes. Their customer services was exceptional in a time where I rarely find decent customer service anymore. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

I was concerned because I needed to ship several collector cars that were very special to me, but Chris Gullia was great and he found the perfect transport company for this type of job!
Transported our car from Montana to Louisiana. Price was very competitive. Driver was very polite and professional and the car arrived within three days across the country! Samm from Easy auto ship was very helpful and prompt in communications. Due to some issues we were not able to meet the driver at the agreed time and mutually agreed to pay little extra to compensate for his time for him to wait few more hours as he lost another shipment while waiting for us. Only small thing was that we were given slightly less than 24 hour notice (possibly due to the fact that this route is not as frequent for transportation). Still in the end it all worked out very well. Thanks for quality service.
Needed to relocate our 1963 CJ5 from WA to AZ. Located Easy Auto Ship online and researched them. Liked that they are highly rated by Forbes and the BBB. After speaking with Colin and answering his questions about our vehicle, he was able quickly locate a driver. We were able to have a pickup the same day as our initial call. Vehicle was carefully loaded in the enclosed trailer. Three days later, we received a call that our vehicle was in Arizona and would be delivered the following day. The driver was prompt to the drop off location and the vehicle was delivered without incident. I was very impressed with ease and speed of the entire process. Will definitely be using Easy Auto Ship when the need arises.
Our driver was really communicative with us. He got the vehicle to our new home exactly when he said he would. I would definitely use them again. Payment was fair and easy and everyone involved in the process was very helpful and kind. This was the first time we shipped a vehicle they made the experience easy!
