My lamp went out on my Samsung DLP TV and I found this company on google. I was very happy with this company. I had a lot of questions about replacing the lamp and they were very friendly and helpful. I got the bulb two days after ordering it and was able to replace it with help from the instructions in the box. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a replacement bulb/lamp for their TV.
I called up to order a replacement lamp for my Mitsubishi DLP television and spoke to two of the most courteous and knowledgeable customer support people who assured me of the process and offered me their direct number should I have any questions when I received it. It was simple. Best company ever - I will definitely go back when I need another lamp.
