I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DoctorNote Health. The service promised timely delivery, but my payment issues were ignored, and communication was poor. The process felt unprofessional, and the support team did not respond effectively to my concerns. I cannot recommend this service.

Usually things are okay but for some reason. I've emailed them several times I've reached out to chat and I've called twice. There has been a problem with my medical note with my employer, and they think that my note is fraud. And this company will not reach out to me. Usually they are quick to respond by email or chat. No one will reach back out. They also told my employer that I was not there on a certain date and they had no record of me when I have receipt that I paid.I have conversation and emails. There must have been a misunderstanding, but I know that they see my messages. Because it keeps saying active and then it'll say active within 30 minutes active within 15 minutes ago and then no one respond. So now that I'm facing issues with my employer, they're not willing to help I'm disappointed.. It makes everything seem sketchy.

Beware at all costs-fired from my job for forgery due to this scam.I've worked this job for 30 years and now I have nothing...this so-called telehealth will not return my calls or help me in any way.
SCAM. please read the one star reviews , this website is a scam. the phone number they attach for the “doctor” is a generic number that goes straight to voicemail. also the “doctor” they had sign my note is a doctor associated with a DIFFERENT COMPANY. if anyone is concerned or would like proof message me i will send you the “note” that i got from this website.

So I paid $39.99 and they gave me a doctors note from some doctor that I cannot determine is real from a clinic that doesnt exist with a generic phone number thay goes straight to voicemail. The note looks fake. I feel like I just got scammed
