SCAM SCAM SCAM.
SCAM SCAM SCAM.They have an association with drawlify, I've tried for over a year to get a refund from Drawlify...nothing but a SCAM. Someone with Dogcity domain responded to my drawlify thread, so they have to be in on it.

SCAMSo I bought something from a site called drawlify a while back, never got the items, never got a refund. The support people I decided to reach back out to now changed their domain to this site, so I decided I’d leave a review here too just to do my small part to make sure their business takes a hit. I hate liars and thieves, and these people are both.

We received the so-called harness…
We received the so-called harness today. It looks absolutely nothing like the item shown in the video. This product is poorly made, incredibly shoddy. I would think with all the bad reviews, this company would be out of business. They should be embarrassed to charge $40 for this flimsy little piece of junk. I will charge this up to a bad experience and a lesson learned. Hopefully, the BBB will eventually be involved! Shameful!!!

Poorly Designed
Horrible customer service, this harness does not work properly. The velcro comes undone after a short walk; it's was poorly designed. I have been going back and forth with Ryan in customer service with zero results.DO NO PURCHASE THIS FAULTY PRODUCT!!!!

Don’t support this company
Don’t support this company! The worst customer service ever!!!!!! Sent back a harness that was too small (ordered a replacement) . Won’t return my $ and they have the harness I sent back! Crooks! They need to be out of business! Wish I would have read the reviews before I got scammed too!

They have an association with drawlify, which is a scam. Dogcity most likely is as well. They’re a German company and have the exact same terms and conditions as drawlify. You won’t get your money back.

Dog City is the Best !!
We have been loyal customers for now going on two years. We bring both of our pups for full bath and grooming and couldn't be more pleased. Heather the Groomer takes especially good/kind/loving care of Sophie our 16 year old Papillon pup who is blind and deaf. She makes what could be a traumatic experience for an older handicapped pup a wonderful and gentle experience. We totally trust her.The front desk staff is welcoming and very focused on making our pups feel welcome and cared for.Yay

I ordered two harnesses from them
I ordered two harnesses from them. They gave me the "tracking" information and it showed that they arrived at a "Pitney Bowes" location close to where I live. They arrived on November 20, 2020 and today December 4th I still do not have them and they are not trying to locate them. I have ask for my money back but I am sure that will not happen. I have filed a claim with PayPal. I hope to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

The worst of the worst I ordered two dog harnesses I asked to exchange them for different sizes they would not because they said they were personalized the only personalization was these Velcro patches that have no bearing on the harness itself the harness could absolutely be resold wouldn’t hear of it PayPal denied my dispute waste of $60 horrible customer service this company should be out of business never heard of someplace that does not do exchanges especially for these harnesses that they’re all over the place and every other company is reputable should never ever ordered from this company the worst beware

Junk, junk, junk. Do not purchase anything from this company. My dogs took two steps back and were out of the harnesses. When I wrote to the company for a refund, they said that I had to take pictures, get a vet bill to verify their weight, and then if THEY THOUGHT that the harness should have fit - mind you, not that I got the wrong size - they would replace it. I threw them both in the garbage. Learned my lesson from buying from Click-Bait!

The dog harness I got did not fit even though according to there size chart said it would!They would not let me return it.Very sad! Very dishonest! Could care less about custom satisfaction! All there reviews on there site were 5 stars. They obviously didn't post the bad ones. Send this to all of the pet owners you know!DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Wrong size sent!
I ordered and came in 3 weeks later with the wrong size. Its July 4th weekend and yet to see tracking info for the corrected size. Unable to cancel, but if I don't get the item in about two weeks, I will dispute on my CC. I should've read all the reviews here before ordering! So frustrated!

I would give them a zero after numerous emails a computer generated email was sent wanting all these uncalled for this photos of me measuring my dog, vet bill showing weight like I dont know how much my dog weighs I have no order number to Send back all I wanted was a smaller size and I ordered a leash and never got they must think we want to throw money away with nothing in return terrible customer service!

Very disappointed
I ordered two harnesses. One of them doesn't fit. I just want to exchange it for a larger size. There is know receipt in the bag.There is know returning instructions. I have know idea where to send it so I can exchange it.I am very up set.I cant just send it just any where. I need to get.my store credit so I can get the larger size. I have sent several emails and get know response. The harness is very nice.But the customer Service stinks.Not to mention, they are not cheap. I need help.

In mid April 2020 I bought one of the No Pull Harnesses for My sons 35 lb Dog. Penny was a puller with any neck collar, As soon as we put it on Her she totally loved it even before being on a leash, Absolutely No pulling from the get go. It arrived sooner that I expected and is a good quality product. I personally would and will recommend this company and product to all others. I had a good experance.

Awful product!
Awful product! No wonder it is 85% unfavorable! Bought two harnesses for my two new littermates. A little big, so I waited a few months, and they could absolutely walk right out of them. Not safe, would never use them to protect my dogs! Waste of money. Warning: do not use on my your pets! Crap product!

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The harness was too big, I requested an exchange and they ignored the first, second email. Only when I told them I would start reporting them then they sent me this incredible request about seeing pictures, a certificate from my vet about my dog’s weight, the original shipping label, pictures of the harness on my dog, etc. I sent them everything and they never replied back. Buyers beware!!!
