Curbside Pickup
I received an email thanking me for picking up my order. I called PetSmart (Traditions in Port St Lucie FL) & advised I had not picked up my order. The employee checked & said my order was there. I went to pick up my order & waited 45 minutes. The employee I was speaking with was very rushed. He said he was the only one there helping customers. When he finally came out I apologized to him for me being upset & told him that I knew it was not his fault. However, he was very rude to me & walked away when I was still talking to him. I frequently shop on line & have my 2 dogs groomed at PetSmart. But after this experience you have LOST my business including my dogs grooming. Obviously, whoever manages this store does not know how to properly schedule employees so things like this do not happen. I've read a lot of negative reviews & poor customer service is ongoing at PetSmart stores. Does PetSmart corporate even care about these negative reviews? It seems they do not!
