Absolutely gorgeous racquet, handles like a dream did not find it challenging at all as some reviews stated. Stringing selection and options were fantastic, could not believe how speedily my order was filled and delivered!! You have a customer for life!
Great price and quick delivery
Very good communication from reps at DoIt about the order being placed and any problems with it.
I suppose to receive both items from the same shipment, but it end up one come week later.The tennis racquet string was not as requested, 125 instead of 130.The tennis racquet tension seem loose, requested at 50lb.
The process seemed a little confusing for staff and I had to place a follow up call three times to get the order moving. The racquet came…finally and I won my first game 6-1, 6-1. I placed the order beginning or mid October and didn’t get it for almost a month.
The price dropped 50$ within 30 days, I would like a price match
One of the worst, apparently legit, online businesses I have dealt with. Placed the order, and received an e-mail it was flagged by their security team - called them, sorted it. Hours later, another similar e-mail, sent by a different customer service rep. I asked them to either talk internally or cancel the order, as it's disrespectful to my time. Radio silence for 2 days, after which (I tried calling several times) I get an e-mail stating the product is out of stock - and the listing on the website changes to reflect that. 1 day later the order is still not cancelled and the refund is not processed. If I could give this a 0 for a product I never managed to purchase, I would.

Do It Tennis is without a doubt one of the top online tennis stores for a comprehensive range of equipment, but most certainly the best when it comes to service! I've been shopping with them for years and will continue to do so for years to come. Thank you Do It Tennis!

We received the tennis racket quickly and they had a great selection of options. The customer service was able to help with making some choices about strings and other factors that I didn’t really have any clue about. The only minor issue was that after charging my credit card, They contacted me to confirm the charge. This has happened one other time and I’m not sure why it happens with this vendor in particular. Otherwise, a great experience all around and we will continue to use them for our tennis needs.
