I’m giving this company 2 stars only because their products are wonderful and truly work. The problem is you never get your order. There is no response to emails (the response got lost just like the order). You cannot actually get through by phone and your chat is answered by a bot who eventually connects you to a live person ~ be sure to have something to occupy your time while you wait for that. And finally, the shipping department’s “machine” goes down and is unable to process orders. I guess the machine was down for 9 days. Such a disappointment.
