Was once satisfied, but now has turned for the worse
I am disappointed that after previous encounters where I had no issues, suddenly things have taken a wrong turn. For just about a month i have tried to refill a prescription - they have attempted to process an expired credit card, then after this was resolved they later told me the product was unavailable (after charging my cc). Then i was told they could fulfill the order at a 300% price increase. I told them to cancel the order and refund the money ALREADY charged. Waiting now over a week - and after calling they claim they could not read my cc information since it "was encrypted" - and it just so happens they were about to contact me. after 7 days and they still made no attempt to reach me. I will now dispute with my cc company and not do further business
