Wrong A/C sent and it was defective
Called and they confirmed they had the 15K BTU Penquin 2 A/C for my RV so placed my order. They sent wrong unit 13.5K BTU with missing parts and RV repair shop tried to make it work. Not only was wrong unit it turned out to be defective. They gave me refund for part but no compensation to the cost I incurred from RV repair shop dealing with their mistake. Be very cautious if you deal with the incompetency that exists with the communication from their Arizona office and Indiana warehouse. Best to avoid this company if your parts can come from someone else.

SO they claim to have something in stock, in my case a Dometic A/C, with a 5–7-day shipping window. Ordered on the 16th, get notification order cancelled on the 19th with my money not being credited to my credit card for up to 5 days! My money went to them in minutes but I don't get it back so I can go elsewhere for a week!

Do not trust this company and there shipping!!! As an rv repair company owner out of alabama plz listen folks to the reviews the lowest always tell ya the whole truth,I documented all video and audio doesn't not lie always do and keeps honest honest....Beware of this company order from Elkhart Indiana where they are made folks....beware

I purchased a RV refrigerator from Dyers RV Parts/Accessories as they had the best price available. I arranged for a mobile RV service to install the refrigerator in my RV. The mobile RV technician said could not finish the install as a "wiring harness" was missing. I called RV refrigerator company myself and talked to 4 different people who could not give me an answer. So frustrating! And I was getting no where! I called Dyers RV to see if they could help and I spoke with Kristi. She understood my frustration and offered to call the RV refrigerator company herself as she had a contact there. The next day I had the answer in an email that Kristi forwarded from the RV company tech: a "wiring harness" was not needed and it was to be "hardwired in". The email was complete with a detailed diagram and instructions. Kristi even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had receive the email/information and whether she could help with anything else.Such great customer service by Kristi at Dyers RV where she went beyond to help me in a difficult and frustrating situation. I will be a customer for life with Dyers RV because of Kristi and dedication to her job. BIG THANK YOU, KRISTI !!!

Dometic 2454 Control Interface and Power Control Module 3Way Kit Item #97349
We had been looking for this part (or as it turns out combination of parts) for our Domectic 2454 refrigerator for a few months, even on Ebay! No one could get it until MAYBE March 2023 if then. I was reading on the Casita forum and someone mentioned getting a part for their fridge at dyersonline.com so I went to their website and found a kit that might work. I contacted the support team by email and was told part I needed was discontinued but they would forward our info to Dometic to see if that kit would fit our fridge and was told YES it would !! We placed an order that day and received it a few days later. It took three weeks for us to find time to install it. Easy peezy!! Really 4.5 stars. I ordered a Yamaha ef2000isv2 generator. They sent me a used one with missing parts. I complained; they paid to ship it back from my home (UPS pickup) and sent a new one. The generator does not come with oil, I asked for a quart of oil, and they said they would send 2 quarts of oil. They sent 12 quarts of yamalube oil (a whole case). I asked them again for an Merchandise Return Authorization, and they paid to have 10 quarts of oil shipped back to them. The support person, Rachael was great. The Covid 19 thing must have the shipping department in disarray. In the end, I wasn't in a hurry, got a great price, and 2 quarts of yamalube oil.

0 if I could. WORST customer service EVER. They had the parts in stock from the time I placed my order. They kept apologizing for the delay but still didn't ship them. 3 weeks later on the day I cancelled my order order, I received an email from them saying " your parts have been shipped thanks for your order ". To their credit they do write an excellent letter of apology as it seems that they have a lot of experience at writing them.

I ordered a rail system to install on my 2014 Silverado 5th wheel hitch. Dyers told me what they have it in stock and it will work on my 5-1/2 foot box. I paid them over ?300.00 and waited, waited, waited, finally called them, they do know how to apologize. Finally I was told they have nothing in there warehouse. The mfg. shipped it to me after two more weeks of waiting. Took it to installers ( 4) none of them would touch it, wrong setup for my truck. Call dyers, bought another kit, sure, send back the first kit, ? 37.00 shipping for me. I asked for an email about all this, sure she said. Never showed up. Finally they refunded the first purchase , minus over $ 45.00 restocking fee. And of course she was very sorry. I do not ever plan on trying to do business with this outfit. They do not nail down the truth about there products.

Completely Satisfied with Dyers
I recently had to replace two relatively major items on my fifth wheel; my 12 gallon water heater, and one ac unit. I'm always hesitant to try a new company online, but they had the best prices i could find online; even better than amazon. My orders arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I installed both myself, and everything is working as it should. I waited a bit before reviewing Dyers to see if the products were good. I am completely satisfied, and I will be ordering more items through Dyers. I'm also relieved to find a company that specializes in rv parts.

We ordered windshield drapes
We ordered windshield drapes, measured like they suggested. Curtains are nice quality material and lined. Negative: Only one side came with hooks. Tiebacks are a little short, could be another 4-5 inches for an easier and neater fit. I might order again, but use my own judgement on measuring for length.
