Beware – this website is a scam and should not be trusted
On February 4th, 2025, I paid them €5,994 via bank transfer to purchase a BMC FOURSTROKE LT LTD bicycle that was on offer. After a month and a half, I had still not received the bike and was forced to request a refund. They confirmed that I would receive my money back within a week. As of today, April 16th, 2025, I have received nothing. Furthermore, they are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the police, reported the incident to the European Consumer Centre Greece, and contacted my bank to reverse the transfer. These people are scammers.

Do not buy. They are completely scammers. Purchased a bike on January 2025 , comunication was ok, they said to me there are delays from their supplier had to wait 2 months to realize they will not sent the bike and were lying. I asked for a refund theh said to me they will refund but nothing yet. I make a claim through my visa card bank and report them to the police. Avoid them at any cost.
