Very disappointed. I ordered 1 units in 2020, received it however it failed while still under warranty . Dom indicated that they would replace it however after multiple excuse emails nothing succesfullly arrived. After 5 years still receiving many email that will ship new version modem but still nothing.Maybe he neeeds more time.
When they worked and you got used to it, PEMF is great. Unfortunately, I got ripped off by this Dom guy too.Money sent long ago and I received excuses at first and now silence. Silence is only golden when that's what I intended to pay for.

They belong in the Criminal hall of fame...I ordered one of their devices in February 2023, hoping it would be of use.For a few months, many email exchange with them promising to send it as soon as they "finish making a new model, better"2 years later, nothing.I sent them a question recently on their whatsapp to ask how long to order a new one (as if I never ordered one) and they claimed to send fast via UPS.Then I showed them my proof of purchase from 2 years ago asking if they ever intend to send it...And so, nothing, no reply to that or any other message.Professional scam artists, high level a-holes.
I had an old version that helped me tremendously. But it finally broke. So in 2022 I ordered another for $700+ and it never came. I wrote many times but they just dropped me after many excuses and promises. It sure appears to be a scam company.This is really unfortunate, because the device did work for me. REALLY sad about this.
The reason for the bad reviews is that earthpulse ripped a bunch of people off from faulty units and never repaired or replaced them. I can’t believe this guy still has the guarantee on the website. I am really puzzled by some of the less favorable feedback because I find EarthPulse to be an exceptional company that offers a life altering product that completely improved my health and sleep on so many levels. I am so grateful to EarthPulse because I have never slept so restfully and deeply with such vivid dreams and I wake up totally refreshed. My arms used to fall asleep and the tingling would wake me up but even this problem has also vanished after a few months of sleeping with the EarthPulse.The customer service is superb and very efficient.I had to buy a replacement power chord after my puppy chewed the original chord and Sonny was super kind and efficient and a new chord arrived within days by DHL.I highly recommend EarthPulse to everyone I know and I encourage people to go to their website and also to do research on the healing benefits of EarthPulse technology.
SCAM COMPANY-they take your money and don't send the product. Been waiting since 11/2021 and Dom Leste gives you every excuse in the book. I am out $748.00 and still have insomnia! In the day the product was excellent before GREED and LIES set in.
Better sleep, great recovery. The feelings and daily mood are much better. Energy levels increase. I'm adicted to it really. They answered to all my questions within a day.I ordered from Spain so you have to add the price something like around 20% plus at customs.
I ordered at the recommendation of a friend. It has been over 2 years, a dozen emails with lies in return from company. And an excuse that they can't give refunds until they start shipping again. Dom, their customer service person, has every excuse in the book. Do not buy from EarthPulse direct. Find one through another source used.
Ordered a product from them in 2020, it is now 2023 and I still never received it. I have emailed them dozens of times and every time endless excuses. They have refused to provide a refund and I am out $2,000. Beware as THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDING it's customers.
Same crap as everyone else here. They promised me over and over that they were having manufacturing issues but they were still going to send my device. Never got it. I'm out $1200. Too bad because I know someone who had one and really liked it.
I had the old version and it seemed to work. I ordered the newer version 7 and they never shipped the product got scammed out of around $1300.
never pay/buy. That's a scum/fraud....looks like the guy is smoking some stuff at goa and still collecting your money. Never received anything from that company - paid over 1000$!!. I've submited a report to Stripe as well as local banks, I hope they gonna block that "good guy"
I placed an order but other than an email confirmation thereof i never heard from them again. Have sent several emails enquiring about it.
I have been waiting for 17 months for a replacement part already prepaid, but this company keeps giving all kind of excuses . Bunch of liars.Do not trust them.
Earthpulse is a great sleep adjunct. I sleep deep and awaken refreshed.
They never answered any of my emails. In the end not sure if it it does anything. sorry I wish I could be positive
Fantastic machine
One of the few gadgets that improves sleep and regeneration.My sleep has improved and so has my mood plus more energy and stamina and I lost 6 kg. This sleep and regeneration system helps most insomniacs and athletes.
