Terrible service, no remorse. Put my order in 2 weeks ago. $235 on easter treats. 1st april. Followed there emails about ordering times n delivery. Ready for family flying in from overseas for easter. Got an email today, 16th april. Oh sorry we didnt see you order, we can offer u a refund or send other items next week due to not having what i wanted instock. No sorry, no apologies. Just a pathetic excuse. Obviously the little people dont count. Ive been a customer since easter 2022. Guess loyalty means nothing now. I wont be back.

Pre ordered a bulk product order back in Feb. Zero communication, was finally told (after calling to ask) late march that they had no product and were waiting for a delivery. Emailed 3 April and told that they couldnt fulfill my order and I would get a refund.I am currently out of pocket nearly $1500 for branded packaging and event styling.DO NOT rely on this company to deliver any kind of service or meet any kind of deadline.Appalling. Let's see how long it takes to get a refund!

Extremely poor communications
I placed an order in the UK to be delivered to my Grandchildren in Sydney. After placing the order the only communication I received was an order acknowledgment. After ten days nothing had arrived. I read the delivery notice on the website but that indicated that my goods should have been dispatched. Finally my son rang them to enquire as was told it was at the post office awaiting collection. This not what I call customer service. In this day of high tech, an automated tracking isn’t exactly new. I will not be using them again

Did not reply to many emails nor Instagram, took my money but didn’t receive a receipt then blamed me for refreshing before transaction finished. Sent proof of payment then finally refunded money with no explanation. This took nearly 3 weeks. Just a bad business to deal with, so beware! I would give no stars if I could…

My New Easter Egg Online Ordering Go-To
I ordered 2 of their gift bags online on March 20. They were delivered well before Easter (they had notices on their website with expected delivery dates based on order date) and the packaging was over-the-top good. An outer layer that kept the external heat out, a cold pack inside and plenty of inner packaging to stop them from moving around too much. More than satisfied with this online ordering experience.

I ordered a batch of egg colouring kits only a few days before the long Easter weekend. At the time of placing my online order I agreed that the package would not arrive before Easter. Much to my delight, the package arrived the following day after confirming my order over the phone as 2 items were out of stock and suitable substitutes were then agreed and included. Very bad service..I ordered an Easter basket more than 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t even left the warehouse! It was a gift and there is no hope of it being delivered by Easter now...paid a fortune for postage too! Zero contact.. very poor Customer service. I’d never order from them again...major fail.

2 orders placed but only one acknowledged.No response to my emails.
I have two orders placed April 1, 2020. Payment made for both orders. Order # 61785 and #61787. After 16 days, neither has been delivered. Only one order has been acknowledged. They do not respond to requests for dispatch date or tracking. They refuse refunds.

Very delayed delivery and payment taken too early
I placed an order on their website on March 26th for a few Easter items for my nieces, and the money for the purchase was taken from my card on March 31st. After the initial order confirmation I received no further information and their online website under my account continually just showed the order as "processing". On April 3rd (6 business days after ordering) I emailed to follow up on the order, and was happy to receive a prompt reply that the order would be sent out Monday April 6th.However April 6th came and went, so I emailed again early morning April 7th. After close of business April 7th I still had not received any information and the website still showed "processing" so I emailed again. I received a short reply "Leaving tomorrow".Thankfully the order did finally get sent out on April 8th (9 business days after ordering) and arrived to my family on April 9th just before the Easter public holiday began the next day. My account on their website still shows "processing" however.The parcel was well received by my family and the products are of good quality. It is a shame that the delayed delivery and lack of communication sullied the order. Thankfully I had placed 2 orders for other family members with another company, and those were sent and received within 2-3 business days.I would not deal with Easter Egg Warehouse again, unless they dramatically improved their order turnaround times and aligned their withdrawal of payment with the shipment of an order. It is quite unusual in my experience to be charged for an online order more than 1 week before that order is even dispatched. Their online site also needs to be better maintained so that order processing status is kept up to date - as a customer if I can see a status which is being updated and an estimated dispatch time and date online, I would be much more relaxed.
