Micah at Easycarnet Saved My Production
Micah at Easycarnet singlehandedly saved my production. I called Easycarnet on Friday evening and was greeted by Micah, very kind and professional, I explained to him that I had an impossible timeline to get a Carnet for a large production, and Micah was able to pull it all of and get me the Carnet the night before my trip.He was extremely helpful every step of the way, always answered the phone and responded to emails immediately. Super kind, professional and knowledgeable. Micah genuinely saved my production and I am beyond grateful.

Easy Carnet was awesome to work with. First experience, we had a last-minute video shoot in Mexico right before the holiday and they jumped right on it. We got our video camera equipment in and out of Mexico without a hassle. They made the carnet super easy to use and understand all the way through the process, from the US to Mexico and back to the United States. I do shoots all over the world and these guys are real pros. This will be the first of many opportunities to work with them.

The service went above and beyond
The service went above and beyond to rush order my Carnet. I started the process on a Wednesday afternoon, and a courier drove 8 hours to drop my documents off at midnight on Thursday night. The Service rep communicated the entire time and went out of his way to make this emergency trip happen for me.

I can’t recommend Easy Carnet and their team enough. They were incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed a carnet at the very last minute. As someone going through the process for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and Micah personally walked me through every step with patience and clarity. Thanks to their support, what was a stressful situation turned into a smooth and efficient experience. Truly top-notch service. Will absolutely be using EasyCarnet again!
