These are junk
These are junk. Average at best sound quality, horrible with heavy bass music. Battery life is less than 2 hours, sometimes less than 1. Not nearly as impressive as the bs ad campaign they have somehow managed to hijack the internet with. Cheap Walmart earbuds will serve you better. Save your money, because you will end up buying something else afterwards if you buy these!

There's better earbuds
I bought these earbuds because of the raging reviews. What a disappointment the batteries only last 3 hours. I carry my phone on my left hip and an earbud in my right ear won't connect. I have been emailing customer service they blame it on me and don't want to refund my money. To me they seem untrustworthy.

EchoLabs is definitely a scam
On 10/10/25, I sought to purchase a set of wireless ear buds.I ran across a "Top 10" listing that rated an EchoLabs product as the best. The Top 10 listing showed a price of $49.99.When I got to the EchoLabs site, the price was $54.99.When I purchased the ear buds, there was $5.49 added for "SafeTrak" (to which I had not agreed) and $12.95 for S/H (which was not revealed until the purchase was made). The total charge was $73.43. I wanted those ear buds, so I made the purchase.I paid with my Debit Card; the charge cleared my checking account on 10/14.On 10/14, I received a confirmation with my order # and a tracking #.The confirmation stated that my purchase would be shipped by "Other".The confirmation directed me to a "link below" for tracking. However, there was no link.Since then, I have received vague and complicated tracking instructions. When attempting to follow such instructions, I have had no success tracking. The Trackers do not recognize the order # or the tracking # that Echolabs provided.I keep running into dead ends and/or being asked to change my browser, download apps with which I am unfamiliar, and make various unrelated purchases. My security package is telling me all of this indicates fraud, so I have not followed through on any of it.I have sent emails to the EchoLabs support group (Hawkeye) and to an outfit called CXwow Tracking (to which an EchoLabs email referred me). Neither organization has responded. I have not received the ear buds, and now I am receiving unsolicited pop-ups and emails that provide no "unsubscribe" options.

Scam alert-worst quality imaginable
SCAM alert and Not a US company ! Package comes straight from mainland China. The earbuds and charging case material feels less than toy quality. Really crappy. Sound quality is worst ever, like a seventies long wave radio station. Or worse. Don’t get fooled by the website, the product has no relation whatsoever with the website info. Straight to the wastebasket

Don't waste your money
The adds for these headphones are very misleading. The battery life was great, but that's the only thing good about these headphones. They are very cheaply/poorly made. Mine only lasted 3 month or so before they stopped working, whereas I have another set of earbuds that I've owned for several years and they still work. -Good battery life.-Sound quality was not terrible but not the greatest. -The fit was horrible, they were constantly falling out of my ears.-They would randomly disconnect from my phone for no reason, and then reconnect. While my phone is sitting right beside me.-The bluetooth range was poor compared to other earbuds I've owned.-Made out of very cheap plastic. Poor build quality.Don't waste your money.

Very honest and helpful
My initial order of the earbuds went astray in the mail. Echo labs did their best to locate the missing parcel from their end while I did so from my end but no joy On either side. They were amazingly helpful throughout and when we finally gave up on finding the parcel, Echo labs then sent me a second pair at no charge. I sing their praises, and the earbuds have a great sound also.

china front false advertising website
They are a scam site from china. Order poor quality headphones, false advertising, and lie blatantly to your face. When they send destroyed trash and you want to send them back for full refund good luck!

Do not go there
Do not go there. They will try very hard to sell you all kinds of junk and then process your order before you confirm it.

Seems a scam!
Seems a scam! It's a big net of scammer companies with one as a research company promoting the item and then the official website and then a website selling it for cheaper, all tactics to make a quick sale...Be careful don't get lured in...!!!

US based Company extremely slow to…
US based Company extremely slow to provide any shipping information. It’s been 10 days. They say it’s been shipped, yet no tracking information, as promised when ordering.Their website states fast & reliable delivery. One place it says 3-5 days to be delivered, another 7-10 days for delivery, delivery!…not shipping information.I am in Canada, now they say 15-30 days when I question what is going on.Another flag…at no point during the purchasing do they say it’s in USD funds, nor do they give you shipping cost, until they charge your Visa…which was immediately.DO NOT believe all the fake positive reviews, they come across as shady. Will be asking Visa to cancel charges.**UPDATE**. Visa confirmed it is SCAM & cancelled my Visa. It's been a week since transaction cancelled & NO word from Echolabs audio. hmmmmm
