I can’t believe that i save more than 100 dollars, i was worried at first but a lot of customers say that they received their books immediately , so i take my step and order and received my book to my email at the same moment, will return again and thanks a lot
I ordered a PDF and then didn't receive it. I cannot reach them via email, because the emailadress does not exist and I am not able to reach them in any other way.
Best customer service ever. I was afraid at first but my book delivered immediately. They support me in every question. Will tell all my friends about this website.

I was looking for textbooks and comparing prices between digital copies and physical ones. This site seemed unusually cheap, yet they claim that they work with publishers making them a "legit" site. Only one massive issue, they are obviously lying since they offer PDF files that come with no copy protection and are not a format ever distributed by any major book publisher. I am not here to judge students that want to "acquire" books in other ways, but don't pay another business to illegally distribute copies of the books. I will take my business elsewhere.
They have very good products… but the website has first to accept your creditcard. With the one creditcard I had successes but more often than not I got the message “ this card is not accepted”- no reason mentioned why.Client services promises tot respond within 96 hours. They don’t, neither by mail nor by sms. If they could solve this credit card problem and respond to questions within the promised 96h they would receive 5 stars. I really would have preferred to solve with them these problems instead of leaving a negative feedback.Kind greetings Ben Appelmelk

Since this is the only place anyone wants to reply. I have sent 7 emails asking for a refund and was never sent any book. The first person that responded threw a fit after I asked for a refund and I never heard back from anyone. The order number is 143601. Please refund
The site wants me to put my address in but I want the pdf version so I don't see why that's necessary. It also says I'm getting free shipping which again doesn't make sense.

I was extremely suspicious at first BUT... everything worked out. I ordered an ebook and received the link immediately after purchase. My initial card was declined. Your card provider might not let the transaction go through. So I used another card with success. Use a credit card, not a debit, in case you need to dispute it for whatever reason
Order #84176I realized that the e-book for download sent to me was missing Chapter 10 when I tried to read it before my next class. I reached out on 5/5/22 regarding the missing chapter. I was told they are going to check on this. It's been 5 days since they said they will check. No response. I told them that my finals is next week so this is urgent. Please send if you have it or if you don't have it, refund me so I can purchase it elsewhere!!UPDATE RESOLUTION: Great customer service!! They reached out to me and offer me another e-book or refund. I went with refund (currently waiting for it to be processed) since I do not need another e-book at the moment but I will definitely re-order from them in the future if I need another e-book.
I am so glad this came up in the search engine. I paid much MUCH lesser compared to the price quoted by my school. The pdf textbook was given in a form of URL link to download and it was emailed to me instantaneously. I was hesitant at first but with a leap of faith,did it anyways and did not regret. Thank you for making it affordable for students like me!!!
I ordered a .pdf version of a textbook and never received it. I emailed them multiple times and never heard back. Today I tried to find an alternative way to contact them and got a 403 error for their website, so now I can't even email them. Because of this site, they got back to me and gave me a refund because they didn't have the text.

2nd UPDATE:On the third day, after much wasted time, numerous emails and chats and a negative review on trustpilot I finally received a replacement book. I was asked multiple times whether I would delete this review. To be honest I felt as if that was a condition for receiving the replacement. Also they lied in the responses in trustpilot. I did reply to every single one of their emails and the trust pilot review was published one hour before they offered to replace the book.I do have the emails with the time stamps to prove it.Needless to say I will never buy from them again. This is not good customer service. I wasted so much time on this.However, I did receive a replacement in the end and the replacement book has a much higher value than the book I had purchased initially. For this I am adding one star back in.*********UPDATE:I was told they cannot deliver the book I purchased and offered to give me another book AFTER I posted the negative Trustpilot review.I replied to that offer with a request for another book, but have not received it at this point.I have replied to every single one of their emails/chats******I purchased an ebook and was promised delivery within 24 hours. It is now 56 hours later and in spite of several emails I have not received anything. Printed books get delivered faster than this. How can an ebook take this long?Wondering if this site is a scam.
Really cheap textbook as a PDF version, really fast. I waited until the last minute to get my textbook and couldn’t find it cheap anywhere. I was able to get my textbook cheaper than any other place and quick.
