Recently secured an auto loan thru EECU. Had some questions about the service and ancillary benefits of credit unions and how to best make additional payments etc. called today and Sophia answered all my questions and was very helpful!

Mario's manners was so perfect I consider him a part of the Bank family 😂 lol he is very good 💯 percent and kind my location is stock yards north side branch on 28th Street downtown Fort Worth close to Main Street. I'm Val Biegon and Mario is a keeper. I also want to thank Myra for being the BEST Bank manager Period she is the best. I remember her when she was a teller lol I knew she would be Manager one day. I'm very grateful and proud 🦚 of her.

Experience was great! Andy was great! Very friendly and was just basically looking out for me..I felt very comfortable thru the whole process.. if I ever need to come back, he will be the associate I will want to speak with. Other than that EECU has always been great for me!!

Needing help
I appreciate the member that helped me with my vehicle but I wish I was able to get the security loan to help me really make sure my finances be with you guys cuz I've been with you so long but I know I have to work it down it wasn't that high but that's only reason why I gave it three stars I just needed more help and understanding but I guess I can only pick one battle in the secure loan right now wasn't one of them

Refinancing Car
Overall, my experience was efficient, and I enjoyed the experience. However, the area of improvement could have been with the first step. The young lady that assisted me was kind but lacked warmth and connection. I do, however, appreciate her hard work and communication with me. I would suggest that agents are able to receive text to support their clients.

Best Auto Refinance Experience
Ray from EECU was very helpful and informative during my auto refinance process! I was very thankful for his attention to detail and thoughtfulness. He made the process user-friendly and quick. The bonus I saved $200 a month in the process with the lower finance rate!!!
