I am still waiting for my ID cards.cant go to dr without them.i dont have a printer so I asked to have them mailed you me.still nothing. Not a good way to start a client
I applied for this insurance thru my employer the process was very slow and had to make several calls into the customer service center who kept telling me the insurance was pending and that the cards had been sent out after 7 weeks of back and forth calling and working with my employer. The time had come where my wife could not get a doctors appt. to get her perscriptions refilled and was running out of medication I called again to get told my policy was still pending and the cards would get sent out in 7-10 days I said I wanted a supervisor was told none were available but my acct would be activated in the next two hours called back in 2 hours to be told the cards were sent out yesterday and it would take 7 to 10 days.I stated that I did not believe this because just 2 hours ago I was told they had not been sent out due to acct was pending. My employer has paid two months worth of premiums and we do not have a active policy or any insurance cards,All I had was a subscriber # and my clinic told me that was not a active number when they submitted it.
So I don’t usually leave reviews but Hope F was down right amazing I can’t say or pronounce her last name but her extension number is 5806 my father has to change his doctor about 3 different times and I was always able to reach her and she always called me back. My father is well in his 90’s and on a limited income having someone who cares that much to always make a point to ask about his dog is beyond customer service beyond me how she even remembers because he rambles a lot but he has sworn up and down he won’t talk to anyone but her. Thanks for all you work and caring for my dad likes he apart of your own family we look forward to our check ins with you.
Hope Ferrufino was amazing to work with! She helped my parents understand their Medicare options and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Highly recommend!
Hope Ferrufino was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and caring and was able to make the experience for my mom easy. She answered every question and knows her jobs very well. This company is lucky to have her.
Terrible service I was told multiple times a supervisor would get back to me and never did and also can inform me that my insurance was active or not
I'm leaving a review for Arthur, the agent I worked with at eHealth. He was incredibly helpful and responsive! He worked quickly and made sure to keep me informed of the process. It took longer than expected but that was the fault of the insurance company, not him. After reading other reviews here, I was very worried because our experience with eHealth prior to connecting with Arthur was not the best. That's why there is only 4 stars. But once he was on our account, we were helped tremendously! One small piece of feedback is letting clients know that you will be closed on December 31st and January 1st - I didn't know and had a small panic attack because our insurance application was pending. Thanks again Arthur - you're doing great things and I wanted your team and manager to know!
Julianne Hall and her team were very helpful in fixing my policy cancellation by BCBS. However, the form that triggered this cancellation caused an avoidable error in my opinion. So, overall, I pleased with the outcome but disliked the hassle to get there. That said, everyone with eHealth is professional, kind, and helpful!
E-Health bugs you. They want you to change your Medicare. Claiming they can get you more benefits. How did they get my number? I don't appreciate the constant phone calls. This Ai is very annoying and the devil. They call starting at 5:00am until late at night. Very rude people. This is my work number and they are constantly calling. I have blocked so many numbers and they are still calling. I have insurance that I am pleased with. Stop all the annoying phone calls.
They want you to change your Medicare plan for their benefit. You will most likely gain nothing and waste an hour or more on the phone. Don't bother.
The staff themselves are great friendly, professional, and willing to help. When you get through to the right person, the service is solid and explanations are clear.Unfortunately, getting in touch is not always easy. Long wait times, slow responses, and occasional website problems made the process frustrating. It feels very hit or miss depending on who you deal with and when.
Picked up call quickly, explained how the payment for ICHRA plans worked and made sure I had the payment properly set up in my health plan.
Travis was great
very helpful found exactly what I needed.
This is another outfit that will spam call you like crazy. Then when you let them sign you up you can't get them on the phone again. I would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Terrible phone skills.
