Great Company. Took care of my needs from the fist call all the way through install. They were concerned about what I wanted to look like and not jut about selling me a fireplace. Great experience.

Modern Flames Fireplace arrived broken…
Modern Flames Fireplace arrived broken but Electric Fireplaces Depot maintained that the warranty began once the item was shipped. I had to pay my electrician for 4 hours of work while he pulled apart the ENTIRE unit to replace a circuit board. No compensation from Electric Fireplaces Depot. In addition, the unit was shipped with twigs, not logs, and I had to buy a separate log set for my $10,000 fireplace. Again, no compensation. Customer Service was terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a touchstone with glass front was shipped the cheaper model with a mesh front. No indication of a product number or style on the receipt so I can even debate the issue. Instead of trying to work with me, "Ashley" chose to argue instead. Wants me to pay return shipping and then ship another out??? How stupid would that be?? So I can receive a 2nd incorrect item? No thank you! Wish I had never ordered and caution you...prices may seem great, but pay a little more to get what you order!

Price jumped when ready to order
Was ready to order an electric fireplace but tried to ask about delivery time via their chat window. No one responded and finally asked for my phone number. A short time later I got a sales call and I said I was going to consider ordering. When I went back to their website the unit I asked about was now more than $300 higher in price.
