I saw a orca 27 oz thermal cup and I ordered it and in5 days later they emailed me and said they were out of stock and they would refund my money it’s been two days and no money back yet maybe today so my experience was terrible why do you advertise something that’s out of stock was going to order other things but not now no need to hear out of stock and then wait for my money to be put back in my account no thank you have an amazing day

I was pleased to receive emails offering to help with any questions. computer arrived in perfect condition, in a reasonable amount of time, and without unnecessary paperwork. I didn't give it 5 stars because my package was left at the front door, not my apartment door. I think someone could have taken it, and that would cause me problems,to find it. Other than that, I'm happy And I would buy from them again.

Had a fridge and tv delivered, originally had an installation and parts add on of $99 which did not end up being needed and the delivery person noted no install completed. Called before they left the delivery and they told me they would refund the $99 but then tried to only refund $17.38 making up other fees that i did not agree too. Spoke with a very rude sales manager Lee and had a ridiculous email chain back and forth with someone who supposed to be helpful but they were not, never ended up getting a call back from Kris like they said and never got my refund from them. So much for the customer being valued and right. Huge waste of time and ill never order from them again!
