***** Individual Labs Are 5 Stars *****Element as a company and management are 0 stars. Very difficult to deal with, phone numbers on contact forms, quote and even invoices result in a "not in service" message. I feel really bad for employees. Element seems like a financial holding company that bought a bunch of labs and is trying to squeeze money out at the expense of customers and employees.
Disappointingwe have tried to do some testing and experiments based on our projects from them but they were too late to reply and when they replied they couldn't any of the experiments nor reply on time later I went to catest.co this is a China based company that really had the best prices that I could find and they finished the job with under 2 weeks. They really did all that i requested for the 1/10th of the price here in US
