The dispatchers didn’t do what they were supposed to do. However, the crew of men that they sent was amazing. They worked very long days very hard and were worth every penny. We should let the Movers run the company! They were awesome. The Cobra van lines people were awesome!

I used their movers October 7th and had a good experience. The team was on time and did a great job packing up my items. Had a few more boxes and they worked out the price to keep me happy. Would highly recommend!

I used Elevated for a move out of Texas and had a great experience. I initially went with them due to their good reviews and A rating on the BBB. I got a bunch of calls from new companies and they have been in business for many years so I decided to give them a chance. The movers were very professional and packed the items very well. I was impressed at how good their movers were. I will be using them again in the future

These guys are a perfect example of why cheap movers are not better. I used movers in the past and they have always damaged my furniture. They were the opposite! Their movers were great and didn’t damage any of m y items. I couldn’t believe it. Great job from their staff and salesteam

Elevated has been a breeze to work with. From the reservation up until the delivery the team answered all my calls and questions without a hassle and complain. I was blowing them up daily and they were friendly each time. The movers were good and deliver was fairly quick. Would highly recommend!

The real name of this company is Elevated Moving Experts. They changed their name on here to Texas moving experts to try and disguise all the bad reviews they are getting and pawn them off on another company. Absolutely atrocious cusomer service and business practices
The customer service is always attentive. Unlike my previous movers they have someone on call all the time. Makes everything better when I needed to call for updates.

I had the pleasure of working with people at Elevated Movers after being recommended and referred by my Uncle. They did an outstanding job. They were quick, professional, and extremely kind throughout the entire process. They were mindful of my furniture and appliances, they wrapped everything carefully and came fully prepared with all the equipment and necessities needed to make the move smooth. Before booking, the company’s sales representative quoted my elderly mother $1,800. Based on that quote and after the rep assured me verbally on the phone nothing else would increase the price (other than stairs the movers would have to climb if we did not disclose), I signed and paid a $500 deposit by ACH on Sept 11, 2025. On Sept 18, 2025 the company issued a revised estimate for $2,687.84, which was sent after their stated 72-hour cancellation/refund window. I emailed for a refund on Sept 19, 2025; the company replied it would investigate for 14 business days. After that period I sent a status follow-up on Oct 9, 2025 and received no response. My bank confirmed they cannot reverse the ACH — the merchant or its processor must initiate any refund. I have contacted the payment processor and filed complaints with FMCSA and state attorney general offices. I believe these business practices are deceptive and took advantage of my 64-year-old mother. I’m sharing these facts so others get final pricing in writing before paying deposits, and I recommend using a different moving company to avoid a similar bait-and-switch. Edit to reflect updates and respond to their response. Per the recorded call the original quote was said to be “flat “ and at the end of the call when my mother remembered items that were not added no effort was made to adjust the quote and was pushed off to “tell that to Quality Assurance when they call.” There was never a statement from the salesperson that the quote was based off of the amount for move and when he went over the final quote before signing he did not confirm the amount (in fact he never confirmed the amount of inventory in full a single time, either with my mom before I joined or after I joined the call) and failed to point out multiple times that an adjustment would be made based on an inventory increase. We were comparing movers against U-Haul and didn’t understand the pricing calculation until now. The terms of an increase in price in the contract are buried and confusing. The fact is you did not provide accurate information with which we were able to make an informed decision at the initial time of book or during the refund period. Now to update the timeline. The company responded to me 5 hours after leaving this review on and filing complaints on 10/13 We have had back and forth communication via email since that time until now. They have taken zero responsibility for their actions and business practices. They offered a 50% return of deposit to resolve the complaint. I have declined this offer because my complaint still stands and I will not be removing my complaints and asks for a deeper look into their business practices by the agencies listed above.

You were originally quoted $1,800 for an inventory list of 8 items totaling 40 pieces, of which 20 were small plastic bins. However, before the scheduled move, you called to add 25 more items and 83 pieces total, increasing your shipment volume by over four times the original amount. Naturally, this required a revised estimate, as pricing is based on space and weight — a standard industry practice. Despite the major increase in volume, we offered to complete your long-distance move from California to Missouri (2000miles) for a discounted rate of $2,687, which was still well below what any reputable mover or truck rental (over $4,000 for a self-move of this size) would cost. Rather than moving forward at the fair adjusted rate, you chose to cancel and are now misrepresenting the facts. The original quote was accurate for the inventory provided, and the updated price reflected the actual items to be transported. We value honesty and transparency, and our records, including signed documents and call logs, clearly show the correct information. We remain available to provide this documentation to any regulatory authority reviewing your complaint.
