They sent a damaged display case. I refused delivery and was sent back to them. After months of lies from leny they just decided to keep my money! No replacement, no refund.

BEWARE SCAM!!
BEWARE SCAM!!! Took my money for over two weeks and never shipped my order. When I inquired about it, it took multiple attempts for them to respond before they said they listed their product incorrectly and were cancelling my order. No apologies or anything. If I never inquired about my order, my money hold still be gone. They lure you in and take your money. Leni Tan, the person I spoke to was very rude and inconsiderate. Thankfully I ordered with PayPal, otherwise my money would still be gone! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Lenny and his team were brilliant.They were very responsive when reaching out and always were happy to give me an update on my order status.The coordination between them and the logistics company was also flawless. I was able to receive my order exactly when they said I would, and I am in Georgia.I would definitely consider using Elite in the future.
