Useless instructions let this product down
Utterly useless instructions nearly caused me to return my 2 in 1 BG and UA meter. After using 7 UA strips following the instruction in the user manual, which clearly states "hold the tip of the test strip to the blood drop', I realised that the reaction chamber on the UA test strip is horizontally positioned about 1 cm back from the tip, unlike the BG test strip where it is in the tip. The meter functioned properly after this and gave me readings for both BG and UA. Better instructions in the manual, with the test strips and online for UA test strips would be helpful.

Expensive products, Awful Customer Service
I have seldom met a company with such woeful Customer Services. I contacted them via their website as my sensor was defective. They replied promptly asking for photos and other info which I supplied almost immediately. They then closed my enquiry on the basis that they hadn’t heard from me, and multiple emails asking for it to be re-opened have been ignored. Their monitors are not cheap, so I won’t be giving any more money to a company that treats their customers so badly.EDITI have supplied the photos you requested in your response to support AT sinocare DOT comFURTHER EDITI have checked my settings and my Sent folder, and it has been sent. Your reply has the feel of a ‘Bot’ reply and we are getting nowhere. There is nothing more that I can do. I cannot recommend your product or your Customer Service.6 JANUARY 2026I have received your latest response, which must surely be a joke. I have responded to the supplied email address, but I doubt you will get it. You send me a link, requesting photos, yet the provided link has no option to attach photos. Totally unprofessional.7 February 2026Thank you for reply. In answer to your question, Yes I have used the second sensor and Yes it did function as intended. In relation to the defective one you already have as much information as I can provide, so either replace it, or don’t replace it, I will not waste any more of my time filling out forms that I have already submitted.08/02/2026Thank you, that will be fine. Much appreciated09/02/2026Thank you very much, and I can confirm that I have received the refund and I now consider this matter closed.

Not Recommended tried the glucose strips
I tried the glucose strips, and faced difficulties with them. On average you may need to try two strips to get a result. Definitely will not buy again.

Excellent duel product
I was very pleased with the combined Uric acid and glucose monitor. Was delivered speedily and was easily set up and in operation within an hour. The results obtained for both uric acid and glucose compared well with other monitors. It would be great if Sinocare Inc made a duel monitor for glucose and triglycerides.

Bought and wearing a Sinocare iCan 3…
Bought and wearing a Sinocare iCan 3 CGM. The readings are anywhere between 1.3 and 2.3 mmols higher than a finger prick taken at same time, so not only did this freak me out, it instantly made me a diabetic (at the wrong levels it's reading) and the variation means the readings are unusable. 2.3 mmols is just over 40mg/DL, it's a massive amount.I contacted Sinocare by email and so far nothing, so totally unimpressed with them and their products. Waste of money.Updated 15/05/2025Sinocare have responded which a request for an order number, 24-11910-03541 from their sinocareestore on ebay. Search your inbox and you will find my email from 12/05/2025, the one you haven't responded to. It was a genuine order. Your serial number is SN 66101DD78521A. If I could add images, I could show you the photo of it stuck to my body. Updated 18/05/2025I supplied a range of daily readings and Sinocare’s response was that my sensor had only a 20% variance, and that 30% was considered acceptable. Wow!What does this mean in practise for a fasting measurement? Let’s take..BG 5 mmols CGM could be anywhere from 3.5 to 6.5 mmolsBG 90 mg/dlCGM could be anywhere from 63 to 117 mg/dlSo at the lower apparently acceptable limit I am 7 days into a water fast, while at the upper apparently acceptable limit I will be diagnosed as pre-diabetic. While in reality, neither is happening. In my personal opinion, a 30% variation renders the Sinocare iCan3 product completely useless.I cannot see how a reading like this is “acceptable”, and according to their response, ALL the CGM sensors perform to this variance. As they suggested, I asked Google, and it told me "If the manufacturer states "30% variation is acceptable," they likely mean readings could be up to 30% higher or lower than the actual blood glucose level. This is commonly expressed as ±30%”. Hence the above numbers. So they have responded, and they have confirmed to me at least that their sensor is a complete waste of time and money. The only thing worse than no data is incorrect data, and the data from this iCan3 is more likely to put me into a medical program than provide me with anything useful to help, while all the time my blood glucose was actually within a normal range.Final Update 21/05/2025I have to say that once the communication channel was established, Sinocare were very responsive in answering questions. It became apparent my original email went to an advertised address, but one that was not linked through to the after-sales team, which explained why no-one replied. After a discussion, Sinocare have now fully explained and resolved the issue, so well done for that.I personally won’t be buying anymore CGMs. I’ve previously bought from Freestyle Libre and now Sinocare, the Libre under-measures, the iCan3 over-measures, the Libre allows raw data export, the iCan doesn’t, the Libre only stores 8 hours (so you will lose data at some point) the iCan saves everything, the last 3 Libres I used all fell off after about 6 days, so that becomes expensive, whereas the iCan has stayed firmly in place through swims in the sea, showers etc… and I think will last the distance. My personal recommendation is to make sure you read all the info about how these CGMs function, set your expectations and make sure it will give you what you need.

everything as I expected
This is not the first time I buy from them, and I have always been satisfied. They answered all my questions, always available to solve any post-order problems.

I have been using the Sinocare testing for 2 years
I have been using the Sinocare testing machine for over two years, but I never questioned its reliability until yesterday. Out of curiosity, I decided to test three times simultaneously. Unfortunately, each test gave a different reading, with noticeable variations in the results.I made sure to follow the strict guidelines, including washing my hands properly and ensuring a good flow of blood. Additionally, the machine, pricking needle, and test strips were all fairly new. Despite these precautions, the inconsistencies in the readings have made me question the accuracy of the device.

This is not a reliable product at all
This is not a reliable product at all, I checked my blood glucose levels 3 times as it showed very high reading for the first time, on second test (within a minute) it showed completely different reading and so was the third one. One reading was normal, one was in pre-diabetes range and one was in diabetes range. How unreliable is that? It seems like it just throws random numbers out to show its function but practically it has no accuracy.

I bought a Sinocare safe accu 2 from…
I bought a Sinocare safe accu 2 from Amazon. It says to use Sinocare meter solution before use but I cannot find the solution anywhere to purchase, I emailed the company asking for help on this matter but they haven't bothered getting back to me so I emailed them again, I'm waiting for a reply, apparently, I can't use the meter untill I have tested it with the solution.

Sinocrare CGM Ican3 totally unreliable.
The norma Sinocarel glucose bloodtest works fine but it turns out that the Continuous Glucose Measurement system Ican3 is totally unreliable. E.g it gives me a reading of 187 mg/dl before lunch while the manual bloodtest gives me 91 !! My guess is that this test has not been approved by the US FDA.

Accuracy of Sinocare Safe-Accu 2?
I bought Sinocare Safe-Accu 2 to monitor blood sugar as I had 2 blood tests showing diabetes level sugar. The Sinocare shows a normal reading.??

The Glucometer malfunctioned.
The Glucometer AQ Pro worked correctly the 1st 2 times but then started to malfunction. With a new Test Strip inserted correctly each time, it would suck up the blood successfully, enter the countdown but then come up with E3 error repeatedly. I messaged Sinocare UK many times but they have failed to address or even understand the issue. They seem to suggest I'm doing something wrong and will not accept that I'm following the Manual, Leaflet and Video instructions implicitly. They do not read messages properly or understand them. I expected them to send more strips as this is the easiest possible fix, now I've run out so cannot measure my levels. I have ordered more Strips but will have to wait. If they had accepted the problem and sent more strips immediately, then I would have received them before running out and might have been able to continue to monitor continuously - that is if its not the monitor at fault.***UPDATE*** Sinocare UK finally relented and have sent a replacement new Meter, shame I had to waste so much time and effort. I will update again if this Meter malfunctions.

Failed to deliver – avoid
re: Order #4537tracking number: YT2421121901001084I bought a blood glucose meter from the sinocare website on the 27 July 2024, payment was though paypal although I don’t have a paypal account. Over a week later informed sinocare by email to their help@ and support@ email addresses that the tracking link reported that the package was still waiting to be collected by the carrier; YunExpress. After another 7 days and sending more emails to sinocare, non of which were answered, I contacted by email YunExpress the carrier company. They informed me immediately that although a tracking number and link were automatically generated at the time of purchase that they had not received the package to be delivered. I emailed sinocare again informing them the package I ordered was not with the courier, again no response from sinocare. On the 27 August, a month after purchase, I will contact my card issuer and dispute the payment, I will use the email information and screen grabs of the tracking information with dates as proof that this company has not delivered the item paid for a month earlier. I suggest to those thinking of purchasing a product from this company to think again.

ICAN3 is easy to use and sinocare solve the problems
I am diabetic and I need to know the evolution of glucose throughout the day, that is why I bought the ican3. In a first test, it didn't work, but in a few days I quickly received another one. It was easy to install and it has worked correctly. The apk that manages ICAN3 provides just the information I need, allowing me to enter insulin injections and any other event that interests for me. The APK is very easy to use
