Bought item via amazon which arrived damaged. Raised a return request via amazon several times that they refused to acknowledge, Amazon even raised request for both return and a refund, which they again ignored. They threatened me saying it would be 'bad for the buyer'. Refunded via A - Z guarantee. Taken screenshots of conversation and reported to trading standards.
Ordered two USA promo CD Singles and very happy with the Mint/Near Mint condition of them both particularly as they were from 1988 and 1989. Received an e-mail within hours of order with a reference and received package in the U.K. within the week. Highly recommended as they obviously look after their stock. Thank you. B
This is a real collector's paradise, if you, like me, think that these round pieces of plastic that produce music are some of your beloved treasures, you will get lost in the plenitude of promos, limited editions, picture disc and more that this site offers. Condition of the records is always spectacular, Prices are "real" , and I have to say that I always had a great experience with their customer service, Carol always act as a Supergirl with me, answering my email, checking availability, and generally answering my queries and solving any problem that could rarely arise, I was, I am and i suspect i'll always be a devoted customer!!!!!
What a little treasure trove of rarities. Had exactly what I was after at a good price. It arrived in the post today and is inbl super good condition.I'm quite relaxed, but would have liked an email saying order accepted/on its way type thing so have given 4 stars based on that.
The records are generally perfect. However,the customer service is APPALLING. Impossible to talk to on the phone,a week to reply by email,asked for a replacement copy for a faulty lp-we don't have one-(strange there is one available on the website). You guys are simply EMBARRASSING yourselves,not your loyal customers.You have my number-phone me. Pete. T.D. ATEM
