Our family stayed an entire week and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Thomas and Allen the owners were very professional and were especially polite and good with the kids. The cleanliness was impeccable and the details were concise: such as, newly remodeled cabins, great décor, new appliances, new silverware, pots and pans, and stoves, and plenty of towels. The beech is cleaned daily of any seaweed and there is no muck at the beach. We loved our stay and it was very "Relaxing!" We will be returning! We definitely give Evans Lake Resort a total "Thumbs UP!" Very Nicely Done! "A Class Act!"

This is a beautiful resort with many amenities. The updated cabins feel like a home away from home. Everything is well maintained right down to the strong WIFI connection. The intimate size of the resort makes making new friends easy. Allen and Thomas couldn't be more accommodating and were only a phone call away if needed. Lake Evans is beautiful and placid with just the right amount of boating activity making it safe for Kayaking and Boarding. The fishing is good and we caught and released a few. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Two Night Get Away
My son, my nephew and I stayed for two nights to do some fishing, grilling, and to just enjoy a couple day get away from the big city life. This was perfect. Thomas and Alan (the owners) were very accommodating and really cared about making sure everything was right. We stayed in the “Big Cabin” which had 3 bedrooms and was very comfortable. The place was nicely remodeled and clean. The wrap around porch was so nice to sit on to enjoy the view. The cabin was literally just a few steps to the water. We also enjoyed having a few local family members over for dinner and the large dinning room was perfect for that. This would be a nice place to have a family reunion or gathering where you could rent several cabins and everyone could gather centrally. We look forward to coming back again! Thanks!

This was my first time here and couldn’t have been more pleased with the location the cottage we stayed at was very beautiful the gentleman that helped us was very helpful this is a location I would go back to very beautiful and many things to see and visit around there this is a must to visit and enjoy

SO GRATEFUL THAT MY WIFE AND I TRIED EVANS LAKE AGAIN! ALAN THE OWNER REMODELED ALL THE ROOMS & CABINS, THEY ARE AMAZING HOW CLEAN AND UPDATED THEY ARE, INCLUDING OUR SPECIAL CABIN!! A CLASS ACT JOB RENOVATING EVERYTHING AND ALAN IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND POLITE! GREAT JOB ALAN & THOMAS, REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK, RESTING & RELAXING IN CLEAN COMFORT!! ♥️

Overall, great experience
The staff is amazing. I mean, hands down, so accommodating and so friendly. The two guys were very helpful. The cabins were very modern and clean but it is well water so be prepared for that. Overall, a seriously great experience. Our family just booked our 2nd annual trip for the summer.

Too expensive
Very nice staff, and a nice set up. But it's too pricey for what you get. The shower didn't work, nor did several lights. Very small which is ok, but like I said, the price of $240 doesn't align with what you get.
