Carl was very patient with me diagnosing my problem. The problem was not with alltrax or any thing to do with them. They not only had best price but excellent customer service. I will be dealing with them again soon. Wish I could give 10 stars.
Excellent customer service and awesome controller. I was looking to replace a new controller for my 2008 Yamaha YDRE golf cart, and through 4 emails and 2 phone calls, Carl @ EV Drives gave me ALL the options for the 3 models of the controllers. He also let me know if I installed a 400 or 500 series controller it would eventually burn up my stock motor, but we could program the controller down if I was looking to replace the motor later. Carl gave me the info I needed to purchase the correct size and get exactly what I was looking for. Gave me the speed and torque expected!A big THANK YOU to Carl and EV Drives for providing excellent customer service and a great product!!!
