Buyer Beware. This seller does not uphold their return policy. For the Consumer- Read all the reviews listed as they all have similar complaints. We ordered 16 of the LED Net Lights 800LED Lights 20' x 10' - Warm White. We tried to work with 2 of the pieces but they were poor quality. We reached to Stephanie (the manager and customer service rep). She said we had to pay for the return shipping and would involve a 15% restocking fee. We send them via fedex and confirmed receipt on 12/18/24. We have reached out continually for an update. On Jan 2nd, Ainslee (in customer service) responded the refund would take 7-1o business days. On Jan 7th, we followed up, no response. On Jan 10th, we followed up. Ainslee replied with "I will followup". On Jan 15th, we send another email. On Jan 16th, Ainslee wrote it takes 7-10 business days. We then followed up again 5 more times with no response. Then on Jan 23rd, Stephanie the manager replied "I am looking into it". We also left 2 voicemails and chatted with online support (which was Ainslee). She said she could do nothing about it. It's now been 5 weeks and this business has not upheld their return policy and is holding onto $1,000 of goods that should be refunded. BUYER BEWARE.

I am absolutely disgusted with this service My daughter booked this service for a mehndi stage set up and on the morning of mehndi she received a phone call saying that the owner had taken ill and had to cancel other bookings too The deposit was promised back but he has not paid her the money, family have been ringing and he is very healthy and ready to take bookingsThis is such an unprofessional, cruel and disgusting way to operate a business, family have actually gone to meet this person to enquire about returning the payment but he has gathered his things and gone, I am disgusted, my daughter was distraught and I would never recommend this service to anyone, please be aware

I just ordered from this company and I'm shocked to see these reviews I seen another site and they stated they were good. I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.

Disgusting service, ordered a circular backdrop for nextday delivery, arrived 5 days later poorly packaged. No refund on premium delivery cost, customer service no existent.

Event Decor Direct
I own display company for events and parties and went to Event Decor Direct to purchase a pipe and drape kit. They had a good sale on a kit so I purchased the kit along with some pampa grass. I received the pampas and pulled them out of the box and they snapped in half. Still wasn’t too upset bc I mainly need pipe and drape kit. I still have not received kit. I was told via “online chat” it would be shipping on 9/10. Never received any tracking info or any updates. Have emailed company with no response. Went back to “online chat” to get an update on status of product. I was told they were checking with the warehouse. While waiting for an answer my conversation is was cleared and gone. My account was charged a total of $368. At this point I feel I’m being scammed. There is no clarity. I really needed the kit but at this point I feel like it is impossible to receive or get any info on.

I will never shop with this company again. I ordered a dance floor In June and I still have not received my order!! I have emailed this company regarding canceling my order and was told that I would be charged a 200+ by someone name Deun W. This is insane! Why should I have to pay to restock something that has never shipped out! It's not like I'm returning the order, I am simply canceling MY ORDER. I have had to cancel several events due to not having this product in a timely matter. Buyer beware. Lesson learned. I won't purchase from them again!!!

I’ve ordered many times in the past from this company and always had great service before. However, I made 2 large orders recently and one product was defective (my uprights came damaged) and I was sent 4 incorrect sheer panels and they came dirty!!!!! I continually called but was unable to reach anyone, due to the fact that they said they are extremely busy working with events and the recording asks you to call back. I left messages but no reply. I then emailed customer service multiple times and did not receive a reply back. I have proof of emails that I keep messaging and no one has reached out to me to respond to my orders and it’s been a month now.I didn’t want to write a bad review, but I’ve been left with no choice. So disappointing!!*** In response to the reply below, I’m not sure where my issue was resolved yesterday because I didn’t see any communication prior to writing this review; granted it’s been over a month (since May 7th) and I haven’t received any responses for my numerous emails. After reading the reply below, I checked my email and saw a D Williams sent me a message yesterday stating that they will resend replacements. Finally! Thank you! Also, I didn’t know about the chat option. Otherwise, I would have use that too instead calling and emailing. Good to know for future reference. Thank you, Mrs. Willams! Will update my review once shipment arrives and the issues are resolved!!***Final update: My issues were resolved and I was finally sent replacements! I changed my rating from a 2 to 4. Thank you!!!

Great Service
I want to say with all the available sources to order products on line many are unbendable with returns or cancelations. Our designer, for my daughter's wedding, advised us that the product we had ordered would not work in the wedding space after we had placed our order from Event Decor Direct. As it was only 48 hours after we ordered, I quickly went on line and explained the situation and also sent an email. Within days I received a full refund! Paid $73.51 for garbage. Not one piece is 60" most are close to 48" tall and the plumes are so tiny nothing like the pictures. Don't waste your money with this company. Not at all what they advertise. $73.51 down the drain. So disappointed would never recommend this company.

It appears that event decor is resorting to shyster tactics. I spent a lot of time looking for what I wanted. Product was on sale for about 50 percent off. Finally got to check out and they tacked on $12.00 for shipping. Thanks for wasting my time.

I wanted to give a updated review for my jammed uprights. I reached out to customer service the following day, they promptly sent replacement uprights, once I sent photos of the defects. The warehouse sent out the wrong upright replacements (older version). I contacted them again with serious aggravation at this point. In all fairness the gentleman asked me on the phone "What would you like to do at this point?" I could tell he was unhappy with what happened again and was willing to do what would make me happy. I told him I just want the right uprights. At that time, they did send the correct ones out to me. Sometimes things don't go right, but it's all about how you are handled after that. So far so good, my pipe and drape kit worked beautifully for my event.

Beware you must pay duties and shipping and they don’t make the customer aware of it. I spent $300US $550 CAN and $175 duties and taxes without being aware of this!!!!! Disgusting!
