The website was straightforward to use, allowing me to obtain my event liability insurance certificate within minutes. When I noticed an error, I was able to promptly access my certificate and make the necessary correction. Very helpful and easy to work with.
I needed to purchase a short term event policy for an event happening the very next day. The representative Jillian was very helpful and easy to work with. I received the email with the application immediately. It was easy to fill out and was immediately accepted. Now I can relax, knowing that my event is covered.

Simple, fast, and straightforward
Using their online service was easy and straight forward. I also saved a significant amount of money compared to the insurance agent I use for home/auto. Thankfully, I didn't need to utilize the insurance for a claim so I cannot speak to how that process would go.
