This is our first loan with Everlasting Capital. We needed newer equipment for our business so I called Carlos Kreamer at Everlasting. He made the process easy and he handled it professionally. Customer service is dying everywhere
Customer service is dying everywhere. Few do what they say, fewer do what is right for the client but rather do what is right for them, few answer the phone after the deal is done and dont know you anymore. Well that is not what the team at Everlasting Capital is like. They are old school customer service. They did what was right for us, looked out for our short term and long term needs, walked us through the process, and were there after the transaction. Trust was earned and they are a first class operation
