I ordered a part to repair my faucet 3 weeks ago and they still say it is be packaged. I contacted my credit card company to contest the payment which was almost $100. They will try to help me but no guarantees I'll get my part or money back. The person I contacted at Everymarket said they consulted with their "team" and are unable to refund my money!This company is a rip off. Don't buy from them.

I purchased a few gift cards for Michaels and forgot the card I put them on and panicked and reordered some new cards, right after I found the charge for the first set! I quickly tried to cancel the second order and within minutes they sent me an email saying that they cancelled the order and they refunded me the money! Highly recommend this service! They have great products and I intend to use the service again! Great customer service support!

This took forever to get to me. I used the product, lash serum, for a few days and noticed a bad smell after use. I thought my dog had thrown up and I didn't know it. Smelled the tube of Roth serum and it was the horrible smell. I had an old one to compare to the new one and not even close smell. I literally got ripped off from them.

Deliberately misleading customers on both quantity and price of items on their website. Prices appear "too good to be true" and you assume a particular quantity based on the description. But no, they are literally deceiving customers on prices and quantities intentionally.

So far I want to go check the tracking I ordered some methylene blue which isn't cheap it's like $90 plus shipping. Turns out tracking number isn't recognized by the USPS which means I got f****** scammed nobody used this site. I mean I'll still see if they send something but I according to the reviews and I even asked AI and my AI basically said sorry Mike you got scammed there's multiple reports of scams on this site and incomplete orders. Don't use it just don't lol

Avoid this website at all cost. They're a scam!!Placed an order with this website on Sept 10th, 2025 order number Order EM20-6529868 . On the order it states shipping would take 10-15 business days. Now it has exceeded that timeframe and no updates whatsoever. There is a tracking number (CP231589211JP) attached to the order, but cannot track. I also tried calling them but no responses. I emailed as well, and no replies.

However, 3 days after I try order the product, this time they fail me for payment and my bank blocked my card after sort it out that, I try to order again, this time I received error message!? because of fail payment they require to contact customer service. the customer service number is wrong too! live chat say we don't have time for chat please send email us. it's shame

I ordered a tent for over a hundred dollars. They sent me a canvas the size of my hand. I sent it back and they wont refund me. I have proof from them saying they received it. Their phone number only allows you to leave a message and they dont respond. I fought with credit card and they sent them something fraudulant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Description of tea bags for $30 shows pack quantity as 12. Ordered 3 to get free shipping discount. Received 3 8 oz boxes. Complained to BBB, and received two emails confessing an error. Checked 3 or 4 times since and price fluctuates, but description STILL FRAUDULENTLY shows as 12 pack. Has not fulfilled promise of refund. This company is a lying, defrauding business!

Having searched for a particular product Everymarket seemed to offer the best price with discount which I wanted to use. Unfortunately once I had provided my card details it immediately went to order with over £9 postage - which was not declared in the original quote. Furthermore I was not able to claim the discount. I received no invoice so I had no order no. when I contacted the company I was directed to the UK customer service who ask for the order no, & discount code - which I didn’t have and therefore I was not able to provide this - yet I checked my account and the money had been taken out - I have written twice asking for an explanation as to where was the invoice and the misinformation when ordering. To date there has been no response, as yet, no idea of when, if ever I receive the products.
