Kissimmee FL. The stay was great, it was a great location right between W. Irlo Bronson and W. Osceola Parkway. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Very communicative. Close to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, and theme parks.

5 Star Service
We stayed at 9092 Sommerset Hills Drive in Davenport during a vacation from the UK in Feb 26. The host was great with 10/10 for communication prior to, during and after our stay. Nothing went wrong but I feel confident that if it did, Andy from Executive Villas Florida would have dealt with it immediately. The property was wonderful; clean, spacious, with a lovely pool and outdoor area. I'd thoroughly recommend Executive Villas Florida. If you are planning on visiting the parks, local attractions or to just unwind and recharge your batteries, the Villa we had is perfect.

Relaxing stay
Big house and plenty of space for our employees to stay for an industry conference. Lot of comfortable beds and bathrooms as well. Definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando!

Big house
Big house, with plenty of room and space. Large pool and very attentive and quick to respond. Very flexible and friendly. House is at a great spot, near restaurants and plazas. Recommend.

Awesome stay in Solara - Kissimmee, FL
We stayed at the Solara resort in a town house, and it was everything we expected. Our host, Andy, was great, responsive and made sure our stay was everything we expected it to be. The place was clean, well-furnished and had a great pool. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

The management is a disaster
The management is a disaster today the 3rd without internet and television. No technician is sent but you are treated as if you had no internet in Germany and would not be in a position to know how to use it. Cookware scratched and unusable. In general, the house is very worn out

We definitely had a wonderful time
We definitely had a wonderful time at 3009 Protagonist Street! The house was huge!!. It was beautiful, clean and spacious - exactly as described!Andy was very responsive and helpful.The themed rooms and the game room were amazing!The kids loved every moment there and the adults too! Thank you Andy! We’ll definitely came back!

Wonderful Villa in Kissimmee, FL
The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom worked out well for us being on the main floor so the kids could stay up and the adults could sleep. The pool and spa was very relaxing and a much needed break from the Northeast winter. Andy was a great host and very responsive to any and all questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We plan to be back.

The house was just like the picture
The house was just like the picture. The house could’ve been cleaned a little better than it was. Also the Internet inside the house was not good at all. But overall Mr. Andy was amazing he answered every question we had. I would definitely go back on Mr Andy.

This home was exactly what we needed
This home was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable from the start. The only thing I would suggest is buying extra dish soap, paper towels, & toilet tissue. The home matched the pictures and description. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Holiday week
We stayed here this past Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The host was extremely accommodating. Check in was easy. The house was clean. The kids had a blast especially in the game room. We would definitely stay again.

Andy's place was phenomenal had no problems extremely clean beds comfortable linens great kitchen all the right appliances all the right kitchenware perfect pool area screens were great no mosquitoes able to come in it was phenomenal When I called I always got a response with an at least 30 minutes He always seemed to care if you needed anything else I mean I've never stayed in an Airbnb like Andy's place and I've been doing this since high school and I'm 55 great place take my advice get up Andy Airbnb King

We had a wonderful experience!!!!
We had a wonderful experience!!!!! We brought my 6 year old to Florida to celebrate her 6-7 birthday! The house was amazing! I loved the master being on the bottom floor because my husband and I were able to get some much needed rest from our daily lives while everyone else enjoyed hanging out upstairs. I also enjoyed relaxing on the outside furniture while the others enjoyed the pool. The house was spacious, clean and well designed. The neighborhood was safe and I would definitely choose this property again!
