So Disappointed!
I have been working with this company for almost a year, I began with Sophia and paid the promo deal for $600.00 with included a cover, editing , formatting and publishing. I have been passed around to numerous people and I paid another $1200.00 for a senior more experienced editing team. During this time the representatives had been communicating with me on a regular basis. However, I was sent a questionnaire for formatting that seemed strange after months of telling them what I wanted. Since I sent bact the answered questionnaire, I have not been able to connect with anyone... In fact, the chat person on the website did not respond nor dit Alan or James via email or text. I feel that I have been scammed and I am so disappointed. I am going to present this to an lawyer to see what I can do. It has been going on since March of 2025
