$3000 Policy for Nothing In Return
If you haven’t noticed the majority of reviews are from someone’s experience with actually purchasing a policy not with making a claim and using said policy. Take that into consideration as you read reviews on this company. Here’s my recent experience with Autopom when I finally needed to file a claim. Apparently everything is considered basic maintenance to them. It took them 2 days to respond on what would be covered on my vehicle to the repair shop. The answer, wait for it…(for 2 days)… Nothing!!!! Originally they said the repairs would most likely be covered however upon further reflection by them 2 days later they decided not to cover anything. I paid $3,000 for a policy with them, this was my first claim and NOTHING!!! This was for their NACC Advanced Enhanced policy!!!!! Better companies out there, grandpa has Endurance on his Caddy and never has problems with any claims and you know the cost of repairs on a Cadillac at the dealership!!!! I have a Hyundai base model with a NACC Advanced Enhanced policy with Autopom!!! 🤣 Apparently that’s just a fancy way of saying we’re charging you a premium price for an non preforming warranty policy. Wish I could have my $3,000 back!!!!

Not only was the price competitive; the whole experience was seamless. I emailed autopom! what I researched and thought was a fair deal for my warranty. They responded via email and then called me a couple of hours later to confirm all the information.I had approached a half dozen other providers and I was met with aggressive attitudes and extremely aggressive pricing, a couple of them double the price offering less services.Frictionless and competitive. You can't ask for much more.

Well, over $25k later and she's back on the road ready to be parked for winter. 16'v3 172k miles. Had "some" stuff fixed under warranty.... blower, valves, lifters, injectors, oil & water pump, timing chain, all 02 sensors, (both cats thanks DSX Tuning), all control arms, struts and fresh winter treads..... bought the warranty at 120k miles. Best damn thing i ever bought. Shout out to autopom.com for standing behind their agreements. Tha ks NAAC

What you are promised and what you pay for are not the same..
Truly, the initial conversation with the representative was amazing.. really made me feel like they were taking care of me.. But became a complete bait & switch. He Repeatedly expressed how their coverage was all inclusive, and it only items specifically noted in the sample contract were not ones not covered… But after paying for the contract, I found out that everything that I needed to be covered for my specific vehicle was absolutely excluded in my contract!!
