My account got flagged with no communication.The customer support is up to nothing, they never reply to emails.This used to be the best site but all of a sudden they take their time in paying you or replying to emails. I've been here for 4 years and all of a sudden they're going down the dark hole
There is a glitch that if you are using an android phone you cannot download any of the content you buy. I contacted their help email and they were rude to me. Toldme I'm wasting their time and just dont know how to use their site. Then he admitted he is using a desktop and hes not going to try a phone to even see of the issue happens to him. But I've talked to people and they have had the same exact issue and the same exact response from extra lunch money. Listen if you are too lazy or incompetent to do anything just say so. But now I'mnever using your site again
This place is awful I requested a refund because I didn’t get my in app credits untill 3 days after my purchase and after several emails to the company I finally got a refund they got but hurt and deleted my 100% legit account lmfao füćk these guys
So this is it, i loved this website till i felt fooled today by them, i just end to record an escrow, send to the customer and then closed the escrow, 2 hours later i went again on website and i realised the video was not sent to a regular customer, so i tried again, then i received a message from a new customer with a potential escrow to make and i was not able to answer him, so ive tried, and tried, and tried, till i realise there was a little warning always i was trying to do that, that warning was saying for my big surprise that my account was flagged and that i should contact admins!!!So, see all the irresponsibility on this question, i have an escrow finished and the customer dont have the job, so of course he will complain and i will loose the customer, i have another potential escrow that i will problably loose and the worst here is that im a very correct person who never broked rules, and btw who loves to follow the rules, so ive never fooled a customer, i always delivered my escrows, i never offered personal information, never accept that annoying requests to add them on kik!!!The respect they had for a very frequent worker on there, doing lots of efforts, checking requests there all the time is this, they flagged my account for no reason without a email, a message, absolutely nothing, surprisingly, this is the week when ive done more credits, so im waiting for their answer about what they will do with my customers who are waiting for escrows and my credits that are 533 at this moment!!Im totally disappointed with them and i have no moral to keep working with them, this is a great way to loose the trust of a very, very hardworking camgirl!Will back here soon with news when they update my situation!!!!Ive took prints of all conversations and proovs and will go till the last consequences with this!‐----UPDATE: They replied to my email saying they will forward my situation to admins, but they was able to tell me that was a customer flagging me, so there is: any customer, any freako or hater can flag you, whats the credibility of an website working like this? You put hours of work trusting they will be always correct and professional with you and then an unique person without any credibility can screw you up??! This is getting funny, soon i have a reply from admins i will update here
I’ve never had a problem with this site. I’ve been on the site for over 3 years, not consistently, but every few months for the past 3 years. No complaints here. 5 stars!
This site is a scam. I have spent tons of my time on here with no return, only to have tons of frustrating tech errors that I have sent over 4 messages about and nobody responds... on top of that, you charge money to get a payout and steal seller's money when they haven't sold enough. You should be ashamed of having such a horrible fraudulent platform, ELM.
So I sold content on this website as well as personal items and even though they already take a big chunk of your earnings (40%), they have an incredibly high payout requirement (so they can use and hold onto your money similar to how stalks do) OK whatever. BUT they refuse to pay you your last check (even though it is completely free to write a check) if you haven’t met their requirement. What credible business does that? At no job will you quit and the writer of your paycheck will tell you “sorry, you have to work X amount of hours before I will give you a check”. No that is fraudulent and theft. They are also very rude to their sellers and have no respect for them or desire to solve their issues. The way the talk to people is extremely low and disrespectful and they ALWAYS side with buyers who try to scam people on the website. I just want my hard earned check!
