I genuinely want to say that your product made a noticeable difference for me. Within just three days, I experienced significant improvement , no more heavy eyes or random pain. Dry eyes suck
Dry eyes suck. I never managed to use themicrowave heated eye mask regularly and eye drops didn’t provide enough relief, so on a recommendation from a friend I tried the Eyemos mask. I love the convenience of plugging it in next to my bed. I am using it daily now. I had missed the part where you need to keep it plugged into an adapter so thought it was malfunctioning but customer service quickly sorted me out. Love the mister! Like a steam room for your eyes.

Eyemos worked for me
I was at my wits end with dry itchy eyes, constantly on my mind, and the irresistible rubbing only made it worse. My optometrist prescribed many different drops and I used warm wet cloths, which didn't stay warm for long. The only thing that worked was steroid drops which could cause harm long term. I was finally prescribed immunosuppressive drops which cost $240/month and would take months to work. I knew I had to do something else so I tried an Eyemos mask and lid wipes. Within days I felt relief and no longer use drops. The mask is comfortable, the temperature control and the automatic timer is such a convenience. Thank you Eyemos.

Love the longer cord so I can lay on…
Love the longer cord so I can lay on couch while using the mask. Would give it 5 stars if it came with the 5 volt adapter which allows the 55 temp. To me it makes a BIG difference. Works great and is comfortable to use.

Incredible relief
I got my mask about 18 months ago after dealing with gritty-feeling eyes every day for 8 months. Drops did nothing. I use it nightly for 15 minutes (heat only; I don’t care for the vibrations), and during most days it’s like I don’t even have dry eye anymore. I have a backup Eyemos mask in case this one ever stops working. I recommend it to anyone with dry eye.

Great company and products …
This is truly one of the best company that I’ve ever dealt with. I use their mask and eye wipes for dry eye both products are exceptional. I recently had a problem with my mask due to my error not the companies. I use the wrong adapter. Every day, Dianne from Customer Service would text me assisting me in solving the problem. Unfortunately, it did not work and they gave me a very generous discount to replace the mask. I can’t say enough kind words of them. Their products and customer service is exceptional. You cannot go wrong buying products from this company. I highly recommend them if you have dry eye.

Best heated eye mask I have used.
I have had problems with dry eyes for years. I was using a microwave heat eye mask, eye drops, nightime ointment and still had gritty eyes. The eyemos mask really helps. Unlike the microwave masks the temperature stays constant. The only reason I take off one star is that I cannot use the massage feature as it hurts the bridge of my nose. I rarely need eyedrops now.

Excellent eye mask! The warmth is very soothing and provides real relief for dry, tired eyes. Comfortable, easy to use and travels well. I love it and highly recommend it. Excellent customer service…responsive, helpful, and professional.

After finding the right charger and some back and forth with the lovely Dianne in customer service, I do think this mask is helping my dry eyes. I like that it is easy to travel with and the material is soft. I also appreciate 3 heat settings. I wish the massage settings were quieter. It has reduced the number of eye drops per day. I am glad I made this purchase.

I just love my EYEMOS
I just love my EYEMOS. I have extremely dry eyes, especially after cataract surgery. Using the wet heat along with various vibration settings, the EYEMOS gives me comfortable relief. The mask also helps me to fall asleep many nights. It’s just so relaxing and soothing. My friend introduced me to EYEMOS and I am very thankful she did. I just ordered another one so I’ll have a backup one or an extra one to put in another room. This is a great product. Thank you EYEMOS!

Chemo completely fried my eyes and it was suggested that I use warm moist cloths on my eyes which was difficult and cumbersome as they would slip off and get cold very fast…then I tried the disposable eye pads that heat up in the microwave and managed to burn myself more times than I care to remember…saw an ad for Eyemos and thought why not? Let me tell you…Eyemos was/is a game changer…I used the mask twice a day for a couple of months and I can’t recommend it enough. So easy to use…just plug it in…set the controls and let it do its thing…I would fall asleep while wearing it it was so soothing. My eyes are fine now but I keep the mask in the dresser next to my bed when I feel my eyes getting a little strained by computer use…I just slip it on for a few nights and my eyes definitely relax. I absolutely recommend this product.

The eyemask made no difference
The eyemask made no difference. Purchased a competitor’s and it was amazing. When I tried to return the Eyemos mask, first it was back and forth emails with their customer service rep and then they wanted pictures. Then they explained I had to pay for the return. They did offer me to keep the mask and they’d refund me 70%. I don’t need it so I ended up paying for return shipping. I would Never buy from this company. The company responded and said they refunded me 100% which is true but I arill Has to pay $10 to send it back.

Fast relief for irritated dry eyes.
I’ve had dry eyes since my teens. I’ve used hot washcloths with baby shampoo. Nothing worked. I tried the Realief and after the morning use I instantly had a good relief from my irritated eyes. I’m 67 and it’s been a long time of living with dry scratchy eyes. I’m using the eye pads morning and night. Best relief I’ve had ever. So glad I ran across the add for this product.

An improvement Day 1!
In the evening, after dark, my eyes would dry out while watching TV or using a screen. They would become blurry, hazy and extremely uncomfortable. After only 1 use I no longer had this problem! It seemed too good to be true but night after night it was the same. Only a couple of times since Day 1 have I needed to use eye drops but, even then, only 1-2 drops/eye. I’m hoping with continued use I will experience less tearing when I go outside or into places with ceiling fans - my eyes always water in the wind and breeze :-/
