Fabulous branding agency it’s a scammer companyI give them an project since January last year 2024 to development POs system for meVictoria told me it’s will taking about 6 to 8 months to buildI said ok I want start she’s asking me $2500 to start I paid $2500 to themAnd after after 3 months they said to me the job taking more time than expected because they need add more additional optionsThey need $1000 to continue I paid itAfter 2 months they said sorry they can’t continue with the project because the developer can’t continue with the project they will issue the refund that’s never happened and they never and they never answer call and massage from meI told them I need to start a new project She’s asking what kind the project I have I said I need my full refund Since that date they never answer meIf anyone has any serious project don’t call them it’s losing time and money

Completely Unprofessional - Avoid doing business with them!I purchased a package for making a company logo for a luxury Watch shop I started. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted the logo to look and even gave examples of major brand logos I wanted to use as examples for what I was aiming for. The proposals that FBA sent me where nothing short of jokes. Their designs looked childlike and were nothing to do with the instructions I had given. After 4 attempts of having FBA recreate the logo I gave up and asked for a refund as per their advertised money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. They then wasted another 2 months of my time giving excuses and sending me more useless design proposals...I have finally given up - my recommendation - unless you are looking for a logo for a birthday party of a 3 year old do not go near FBA - you will be wasting your time and money.

Si perché non è possibile avere una videocall e non c'è mai un nome nella mail o nella chat di messenger. Il risultato del logo è accettabile, anche se ho dovuto rinunciare a molte idee grafiche, perché ho capito che non sono dei grafici esperti, ma mi sono accontentato al momento, rimandando il miglioramento del logo a quando la nostra start-up avrà un pò di successo. I problemi vengono dopo, quando i nostri grafici, ci chiedono i files vettoriali per stampare gli articoli. una settimana fa ci hanno mandato solo i vettoriali trasparenti, ma non del logo, colorato e 3d. E nonostante la mia richiesta, si sono rifiutati. Non so se perché non sono capaci o perché vorrebbero altri soldi. Quindi abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad un altro grafico e spendere altri soldi, anche se nei nostri accordi era previsto che li mandassero. La mia recensione finale più che altro per la mancanza di dialogo e comunicazione che secondo me avrebbe evitato tanti problemi. Email e chat non sono la soluzione quando bisogna creare un logo. Si tratta di colori, sfumature, dettagli, punti di vista, non di una catena di montaggio per la produzione di un'auto. Yes, because it is not possible to have a video call, and there is never a name in the email or in the messenger chat. The result of the logo is acceptable, even though I had to give up many graphic ideas because I realized that they are not expert graphic designers, but I settled for the moment, postponing the improvement of the logo to when our startup will have some success. The problems come later when our graphic designers ask us for the vector files to print the items. A week ago, they sent us only the transparent vectors, but not of the colored and 3D logo. And despite my request, they refused. I don't know if it's because they are not capable or because they would like more money. So we had to ask another graphic designer and spend more money, even though it was agreed in our arrangements that they would send them. My final review is more than anything for the lack of dialogue and communication which I think would have avoided many problems. Emails and chat are not the solution when it comes to creating a logo. It's about colors, shades, details, points of view, not an assembly line for producing a car. Terrible experience.

Don’t waste your money
I purchased 2 logo renderings for a look at what a revised logo would look like. I only paid $100 and really wasn’t expecting a lot bit what I got was amassing. For one logo they standard font and colored it to my request. For the second version they took our current logo and changed nothing but the color scheme. What a joke. Don’t waste your money. Pay a second grader $5 and you’ll get a far more creative option. Of zero stars was an option I would have chosen it.

Frustrating process. Good logo
I like my business logo, but the whole process was time-consuming and frustrating with the back-and-forth emails. It made me realize how much of a hassle it can be, so I settled for the first design mockup from FBA. I requested the option to be able to edit information on my business card. They denied that request. I was advised to download (Ai) Adobe Illustrator to fix issues that could have easily been addressed by FBA. I don't have experience with specialized design software. I had to spend six hours trying to figure out Adobe Illustrator just to fix what FBA didn't want to revise. Business owners should simply have the option to edit basic information on their business card design files, such as names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses without having to pay or download special software. FBA packages price is reasonable and for that I do recommend some of their basic level services.
