Request for a RH drive manual
I checked that Factory manuals could produce an RH drive manual, and the answer was yes from Steve. I paid the fee, gave them the Vin and the manual was produced, which I downloaded. A check of the manual shows that it is 50% LH drive. The person in customer service (Steve) tries to belittle the customer and possibly does not understand the difference between LH drive and RH drive in relation to component location. The wiring diagrams are mainly for an LH drive car where page and connector locations do not exist (the wiring diagram would indicate a page where the connector is, but it relates to LH drive diagrams). The front suspension and steering show LH drive vehicles. Steve indicates that this comes from the dealership; if so, they should be able to get the correct RH drive modules. All I want is the correct modules, which Factory Manuals do not wish to provide. This company may be alright for LH drive vehicles, but is definitely not suitable for RH drive vehicles. I would not recommend this company based on the manual I received and the lack of customer service.

I contacted Factory-Manuals that I needed to replace my manuals.
I contacted Factory-Manuals that I needed to replace my manuals. Within one(1) hour, an updated manual was sent to me via email. I downloaded it without any problems. The updated version is more detailed and easier to use. Thank you for your prompt response. It is nice to know that there are still reputable companies around. I highly recommend Factory-Manuals and will use them again.

Very Satisfied Service with Factory-Manuals.com.My Dad used to say, "it isn't the mistake I look at. it is the RECOVERY that matters most."I recently ordered a service manual for a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. I received the manual for a 2008. It may have even been my mistake, I could not find the digital trail to know for sure. SO, I emailed Steve at Factory-Manuals.com and explained the situation, including that it could have been my error. A couple of days later I received the CORRECT 2009 manual. I combed the internet searching for the best manual available.
I combed the internet searching the best vehicle repair manual for my truck. I paid over $250 for the 5-volume factory technician manuals that I have but I wanted it on a digital file so I could quickly peruse or look at it on a monitor attached to my computer, rather than having bookmarkers in a bound book. You can't go wrong with this company and its product. Its priced fair and sent very quickly to your email. Their checkout was super easy and they even follow-up. Good communication! I have owned my HVAC business for 40 years and repair my company vehicles. It is such a blessing to see there are companies that have integrity and value a customer. Don't hesitate to buy a worthwhile vehicle manual from Factory-Manuals.com

This is legit and a must need
This is legit! You can trust this company!I bought the deluxe manual for my 2015 F150. My custom manual is over 18,000 pages of detailed: color coded, step by step, torques, trouble shooting, has every single module in the truck. Tells you where they’re located and what pin in each connector does. Honestly I could go on and on and on. I’m very extremely satisfied. I’ve had my manual for over a year. It’s saved me so much time! Thank you factory-manuals.com!!!

This company fails to inform you that you need multiple programs to open the file.
This company fails to inform you that the online manual requires multiple programs in order for theirs to work. I reached out to customer service and it's a joke. Don't get scam. They won't help or provide a refund. Stick with a reputable company with full disclosure.

Made an order on 7.3.25
Edited 12.29.25:Since the original review below, the company reached out to me for clarification on my problem. I'm happy to say that a new file was sent and the manual works as advertised. Although it shouldn't have taken a negative review to get a problem resolved, I thought it was fair to update the review. Made an order on 7.3.25. Took a couple of days but got both the instructions and download link. All seemed fine until I went back to open the manual file and something was wrong with it. Sent an email to see what could be done. Got an email back from Steve who found everything to blame but that his file was bad. The instructions sure work every time. Now 12.4.25 and waiting on a response from my last email. All I need is to have the file sent again. Don't even mind paying the extra $20 to leave the file on the server (which I would have done if I knew the option was available at the beginning).

I think people are confusing this…
I think people are confusing this company with the (.net) one which this is NOT! and it’s unfortunate that they are this ignorant. I received my Audi rs5 manual in less than 24 hrs …..yes via PDF but it is 2025 folks and it is 8700 pages long FFS. The website was clear and my expectations were met and I am very happy with this product. Thks.

This company has the worst customer…
This is a review of the companies customer service NOT a purchase! This company has the worst customer service in the planet!!!! I have been repeatedly cussed at and disrespected by Steve the supposed " owner". I have also provided the emails which prove my claim is genuine to Trustpilot directly. Lets see if this one gets removed when TrustPilot has the facts in front of them! In fact i just sent another email (whIch i get cussed at AGAIN) i got from factory manuals that i got on 8-5-25 directly to Trustpilot. I just sent proof to Trustpilot on 8-07-2025 , including the recent one from 8-05-2025.UPDATE 2-25-26:I am now being threatened by company with a lawsuit if i dont remove my reviews of them. I have the email from them proving what im saying. This is straight up at an attempt of intimidation by the company to suppress the truth about the.I had actually forgot all about them until i received the threatening email from them.Is this the kind of company you want to do business with ????Your response is funny. It was stated right at the beginning of the review it was about the way you treated and talked to consumers. You as a business owner does not tell people to "Suck my D5ck" your just trying to suppress the truth with threats of a lawsuit.Everything i posted can be verified with email documentation , which is why the reviews are still up. I have done nothing illegal.

Best manuals on the web
Best manuals on the web. Do NOT confuse these with cheaper versions as "well they're all the same". Primary difference is that these are curated (and edited) to your specific VIN (vs. simply using the VIN to verify application). Editing removes the fluff - otherwise you get a manual that applies to every iteration of every engine and transmission combo on your entire model run - thus severely retarding the search process. This editing takes time and thus the higher cost. In short, you get what you pay for.

absolutely the worst
absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with! A total scam! I ordered and payed for a manual for my car. they sent an email back stating they needed my vin, but the car was at the repair shop so there was a delay in my response, but after sending the vin they said that they had already sent the download, which they hadnt because they were supposedly waiting for the vin. After repeated attempts to contact them, most of them ignored or just repeating they sent it which I never recieved, i am still waiting for Alan to resend the download. Its been 2 months.

Edit 2/24/26: Changed from 1 star to 2 stars. The company just sent me a working manual via PDF, about 10 months after the original purchase. They are claiming they refunded me but I need to confirm it with Paypal. I never received any notification I was refunded. I also never received a reply when I requested a refund, so I assumed they were scamming me. I'm updating because someone from the company is emailing me and harassing me about my poor reviews on several platforms for their mistakes. There is a language barrier I believe because they are coming off rude and entitled, like I should be so grateful that they delivered a "free" product 10 months late. I told them I would revise the reviews, however, I would be honest. **I would never do business with this company again for their lack of communication with me and poor customer service. Since they did deliver the product and I downloaded it, I will pay for it if I determine I was refunded.-----------------------------------------------------------Original review: Paid for about 45 days ago, and they never sent me the manual for a 2024 genesis gv70 EV. avoid avoid avoid!!To clarify, this is a review for factory-manuals.com, NOT factory-manuals.net. The owner claims that poor 1-3 star reviews are mistakenly left here for another company, factory-manuals.net, howver, I cannot confirm or deny that is happening. All I can say is this was a very poor and delayed transaction where the product was not delivered in the 24-48 hours they claimed it would be.

WORKSHOP MANUAL DID TAKE SOME TIME TO RECEIVE BUT ONCE I GOT IT, I WAS VERY SATISFIED, VERY COMPRHENSIVE BUT ONLY THE IMAGES ARE A LITTLE FUZZY BUT STILL GOOD TO WORK WITH. Awful to deal with, but finally got my product weeks later
Awful to deal with, took my money and never delivered a product, responses on email are very slow and not reliable. They claimed they were delayed due to Easter 'and sent a manual which wasn't even for my care and not one I ordered. I have asked for a refund and there is nothing. Total ScamUpdate - after several weeks Factory-manuals.com delivered their product, which was a 20k page reference manual. So in the end the service was really bad but I finally got my product. So I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.

After paying don’t expect a manual, or a refund.
Not misleading, but blatantly false advertising regarding, product availability after purchase, customer service, and surprise expectations for customers to be computer programmers after they’ve charged your account. Factory Manuals website clearly states that your manual will be immediately available upon purchase. It isn’t. Instead I received a response informing me that the product I purchased had to be prepared. Upon receipt, I am told I will have to download an unfamiliar program to navigate the manual by editing code in my Mac terminal. I am concerned by these instructions as it differs so greatly from the websites description of how the transaction should go, but I also need the manual. After asking if the process was usually so time consuming, I was met with a rude response informing me that I had already been informed of such. I then attempted to follow the steps against my better judgement, and was unsuccessful in accessing the manual. I followed the complicated instructions three times to no avail, and when I requested a refund they responded to say I had downloaded the manual three times and they we’re considering the matter to be handled with no need for a refund. Also, when the directions they provide you with are unfamiliar because you’ve never written code or worked in IT , don’t expect any sympathy, do however expect to be treated like an idiot who can afford to throw money away. These guys are cons, frauds, shake it however you may. Factory Manuals exists as a greedy dishonest establishment that cares nothing about blatantly lying to their paying customers, and doesn’t mind luring people in that are in need of a product that will help customers take care of their families, then telling said customer to take a hike. *I have an entire email thread to verify the above information. *
