Shocking company
Well where do I start. I had Famaya beds come out to give me a quote on a bed installation. After measuring up and decided on material. I sent a deposit over of £350. With limited space in my bedroom I wanted a bedside tables built into the head board as the 1 i ordered was an oversized head board. I was told they couldn't do that as it would be a bespoke bed and the costing would be more then the £3250 already quoted. So later that evening me and my partner sat down and decided we would need to have a re think and cancelled the bed as it wouldn't work for us. It was a matter of a couple hours after sending the deposit we asked for the deposit back i and apologised and said we needed a rethink. To the fun part!!No answer to calls text for days. After seeking legal advice I wrote a letter stating I would be seeking the full amount back as we are very much in the right for the refund. After sending the letter I got a call within minutes funny enough saying they would send it back the next day. 2 weeks later still nothing and now silence again. So now having to go through small claims to recover the money as they think I will just let it go. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Customer service is absolutely shocking and there not interested so if your thinking of doing business with this company I'd just be careful until your at least 100% sure its what you want. Because the chance of Customer after care is going to be a zero response from them.
