These agents are very evil. I can never recommend not even my worst enemy to these people. I Was supposed to go to a wedding. I was taking part in that wedding the day before the wedding. Those fools called me and told me there was no flight. Now for them to send my money. They are telling me it's going to take 7 to 10 business days. How evil can they be? I hate those people so much.😟😟😟😟😟

SCAMThey get your credit card number, card 3 digit security code, your date of birth, say they will email you flight number day before your departure; follow up by fake emails that seems legit. Verbally phone you in attempt to perfect their SCAM; caller usually has an Indian accent, but masks their true ID with an American name like: Emma Wilson, Max Wilson etc…From other reviews: they continue to charge your credit card for an excessive amount like $15,000.00…Stay away…I figure the 5-star reviews are their own.

Hey everyone this is fake agency and unprofessional people working there they were booked my ticket and flight was delayed they didn’t send me any information via text or email like 5 hours delay from Houston to Newark I was cancelled and try to call them they didn’t answer me after long hours the guy he picked up the phone I was requested him for cancellation and refund he said I can’t do anything you can talk to airline when I was talk to them they send me refunds like e credit when I try to use my refund airline told me someone already used your e credit nothing like it’s $200 after I talk to this agency they booked the ticket on my e credit for other passenger when I was complaining to them the guy he said I will refund you later now it’s one month they still didn’t refund me anything I got very bad experience with this agency they are totally fake people and they are lies for all words just I waste my money and nobody pick up the phone I have to take legal action against to them faking nonsense they using my money for other people I’m gonna advise you everyone don’t book any tickets with them they are totally fake and bullshit

These people play with your money time and patience. You booked your flight boom your flight is pending . You call them they said the airline spirits having technical difficulties and the flight increase $30 more . Ok you proceed to find out you will not be getting your boarding passes u til 24hrs prior to boarding. They had me frustrated for 5hrs waiting on my boarding ticket finally they change my flight from Bwi or Dulles airport. Upon arriving 3am at the airport for my 5:15am flight I was told my flight was cancelled due to the weather and fareskart who booked my reservation didn’t notify me . I missed a family event that was important to me . Now they call 6/2 asking me to confirm my return . What in the world I never made it from Dulles airport the flight was cancelled how could you not see that . People these people Rose, Shane ,Ami whatever they names are scammers . Please don’t booked with fareskart you will regret it .

This particular travel agency is a scam and should be shut down for unlawful business practices. The price quoted one is inaccurate. It has one to pay for a flight before seating and availability are confirmed. It told me three days after booking a flight and paying for it that there were no seats available. As a result, it issued me a partial refund which was unacceptable. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to get a full refund. According to my credit card issuer, I am not the first and likely won’t be the last person who has had issues with FaresKart and had to file a claim for its transactions. Whenever one cannot receive what he pay for, especially for reasons beyond his control, he should be entitled to a full refund. Save yourself some time, money, and hassles by avoiding this particular travel agency. Given its rating, it is no surprise that this particular agency is not dependable and trustworthy.

This is a fraudulent company with very bad customer service, inconsistent messages and never delivered tickets on-time. I bought tx for my son trip to Cancun recently, next morning I receive a call that the prices went up by $100+ for the flight I booked and was forced to pay higher fare for the same flight that showed lower fare and booked last night. The nightmare service started from there onwards. They said tickets will be delivered 24 hrs ahead of the travel. My son got the tx at around 3 am for his 8:40 am flight and got the last seat on Southwest flight. Similar experience on his way back to Chicago as well one of the last seats on the flight. Their customer service is worst, never stands on the committed timeline. This has been the worst experience I have ever had booking a flight for my 18 yr old and No one should do any business with the airlines that has no ethics. Horrible company, terrible service!! I truly believe they are bulk ticket vendors fraudulently making money showing low fares, providing worst customer service.

fareskart.us is fraudulent!!! So first of all I want to start by saying that they need a negative 5 star rating for them! I saw the site fareskart and found a flight that I wanted to go to my grandma's funeral. I found a good deal that fit my needs of travel so I booked it. As soon as I booked, within 5 minutes, I got a call from the company. I was told that my card declined. As he was speaking to me, I went to my BOA app and logged into my account and seen that there was no decline and my money was in the account. He asked if it was ok to try the charge again and O said yes.he came back on the line to say that when he tried to book it again, the price had went up for my ticket by $53 dollars. I was upset and immediately went back to the site and put in for the exact same flight and went through the process and it was for the original amount still so I told him that and he "checked again" and confirmed the up charge for $53. I needed the flight so I agreed to it. He ran the card and said that everything went through fine, and I would get my e-ticket shortly. It was already 1 am and I needed to get some sleep so when I awakened this morning I checked my email and saw the tickets and thought nothing was suspicious. Preparing for my 7:25 pm flight, I went on Southwest Airlines app and put in the information and my flight came up but the flight was delayed. Southwest didn't notify me on my mobile phone which raised a red flag for me so I called Southwest. They told me that the flight was indeed delayed until 9 pm so I took the opportunity to request wheelchair assistance as I am handicap. The agent went to put it in and told me that I canceled my flight??? I assured her that I did I so she looked further to say that the card used declined and if a card decline, you can't book with the same card, you have to use a different card or come to the airport and pay in person with the original card and your identification. Stunned and confused, she advised me to call my bank because this all looks suspicious! I immediately reached out to my bank. From their end, they confirmed the charge of $693.00 to Southwest airlines. I called back to Southwest with my bank on the line and she confirmed to my back that I don't have a flight and this charge should probably be reviewed. Because the transaction is processing, the bank could only put a stop payment on the transaction but told me it wasn't guaranteed. They said once the transaction is done processing, I can start the dispute for the fraud. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people do your due diligence when dealing with these sites because it will save you a lot of money and headaches in the long run. Now I'm stuck because all my cash is tied up in this transaction and I will not make it to Florida to my grandma's funeral tomorrow because all the flights I'm finding are extremely expensive and I can't afford a ticket, and driving is not an option because I'm handicap and can't drive nor sit for that long and can't make it there from Washington DC in time anyway.UPDATE- I called my bank and reported it. Started a claim but in the process I reached out to the company fareskart.us and bitched them out for this fraudulent act. They apologized and blamed it on the airline. They did tell me they have sent a refund to my account. I did get the refund after 5 days, but this don't erase what they did! It's a gamble if you will get your money back or not so I wouldn't use them. Stick to what you know!!!!

Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had booking a flight!! All seemed well and we were told that we would receive an email 24hrs prior to our flight with our tickets. 12 hours prior and nothing so I emailed them and got a response 5 hours prior to my flight stating that my tickets would be emailed shortly. Now I'm at the airport with still no email so I walked up to the counter and was told that we were not booked on the flight. I called FaresKart and was told they had a computer glitch and I would have to buy my tickets at the airport counter. They couldn't book my flight but they could take my money!! Just to add salt to the wound, it's a 3 hour drive for us to the airport. Why did they email me and tell me that my tickets would be emailed shortly?? Horrible company, terrible service!! I truly believe they are a scam - Buyers beware!!

This company is a damn scam. They take your money, then lie to you it's the airport fault. The airport saw everytime my boarding pass was canceled by them they showed me on the screen. My boarding pass was denied in Austin first. I booked to fly with Southwest and they changed it to Spirit which was half of the price I paid to fly SW. On my return flight my boarding pass was denied again. This time I called them, my call was denied. I had no choice, but to buy a new ticket costing me another $418 to get home. These people liars and have no heart. They need to be investigated and shut down. Emma Wilson who is the manager is a bald face liar. If that is her name, that is what is posted. When I called, they knew my name and phone number, I called them 6 times while in FL over a RT ticket I paid for and the wrote my credit card had been denied. If that was the causeway did they keep issuing me boarding passes. If I could upload all the boarding passes they sent me, it would paint a clear picture how unscrupulous this company really is. Please Do Not Purchase anything from this website.

I booked 7 airline tickets with this site. First I was told my card was declined. I then gave a second card number. I was asked to verify with my credit card company. I did. Then I was told to verify all my passengers. I did. I was then given a booking number which was fraudulent. I was told I would receive my tickets the following day. Haven't received anything. I call the airline to confirm our tickets, only to be told that NO Tickets had been purchased. I call fareskart for over three hours,also text, never got a response. I then called my credit card company only to be told that my card was charged by Spirit Airlines. (Scam I verified with Spirits fraud division that they never charged my card. They cancelled my ticket 4hrs before flight and ended up booking another flight through Expedia and paid $1200 more and arrived 1 day late. And they used my credit card fraudulent to book a flight for someone else for $523 and I had to report and close my credit card and get a new one. Believe me this is a scam…. SCAM ALERT!!!!
