Seems like a scam.
Called me out of the blue about selling my land… the lady was clearly reading a script with a Indian / French Canadian accent. Never wanted to sell my land or inquired about it. In fact I built my house on it. She cold called with no knowledge of me or my land and was shocked to hear a house was on it and asked if I had other land I wanted to sell… clearly a cold call that combed through public records. The whole thing sounds like a scam, stay away.
