They genuinely want to see you succeed
Dan and his team were genuine and up to the task to help me secure funding. After understanding my needs, they presented options quickly and followed up via phone to walk me through the loan process and to answer any questions or concerns I had. The experience this seasoned, aware team provided was great and timely!

10% fee due within 7 days, expect to be harassed every day until payment is made
They were able to help me acquire the funds I needed for business expansion in a relatively quick timeframe, that was cool. They have a fee of about 10% of the total funds they help you acquire, that was okay and I guess a standard rate. What was not cool was that they only give you a week to pay the fee, which, considering you're probably in a position where you need to keep those funds to use, the early deadline is less than ideal. Even worse, you receive a misleading confirmation email saying the fee is due the day the funds are received, but if you read the whole email you'll see it's actually due a week after the funds are received. On top of that they message (harass) you almost every day to pay.

Finance Factory found funding sources that met the need at highly favorable terms. They did the legwork of filtering out all that would not work, and provided several options meeting my criteria. Worth every penny
I had a wonderful experience with the Finance Factory team. I had been stressed about funding and met with several banks and tried going through the SBA which was going no where fast. I came across this company and they changed my life in 4-5 days of my first contact with them. I highly recommend. The cost of doing business with them is well worth it for the time and aggravation you save. Everyone I encountered was very professional and knowledgeable.
