I would definitely recommend fit4home as I am very pleased with my home gym. They responded to a question about delivery very quickly and provided all information I had requested. It took 2 days to build, but as long as you read the instructions very carefully, then you won't have any issues.
Cable machine great price great peace of kit very impressed. The correspondence with delivery was good all delivered within the time slot and building it was fairly easy. The machine itself is very sturdy and smooth action With the level selection great for a full body workout being able to target all muscle groups.I would recommend this product for the quality and price.
I bought a mini stepper from this company. The box arrived damaged and the button to switch on the LED doesn’t work. I tried contacting customer service; their phone line doesn’t work, it took a week to get a response from them when I emailed them, when they finally did get round to answering my email they never bothered to follow up my response to their queries about the product. Also, they expect you to pay for any returns. Now I’m stuck with a broken product. If this is how they treat customers then they shouldn’t be in business. I am very, very disappointed. I wouldn’t even recommend them to my enemy. Customers beware!!!!
The product came by the date given. Easy to assemble and a good quality product.
Item arrived as planned, and the courier used to ship went above and beyond in bad conditions. Item is great, all complete and instructions were clear etc. Built the Cable Crossover in no time and very pleased.
It's a scam, they're selling damaged goods. Good luck getting hold of anyone or your money back!
DO NOT USE. THE COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. THEY DONT SEND YOU THE FULL ITEMS. HORRIBLE.
Bought some weights and a barbell list as 1” standard only to find that that they don’t fit any other weights. Not 1” or 2” or anything.Complained directly and fit4home said “ In this case, as you have mentioned above, the weights that have arrived with the set have fit onto the bar. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience but we don't advice using any other weights with our 50 kg set. We will take onboard your valuable feedback, it only helps us to improve our products and services. We will surely raise this with our manufacturer and our Marketing if amends are required on the listing.”No attempt to rectify the problem.Advice - Don’t buy products for this company as they’re more than likely to be faulty.
I was going to give this company a whole two star review, but since they’ve finally contacted me, I can only give them zero, one star is too kind in my opinion.The rowing machine I purchased came in a box that had been opened. It was easy to assemble, but there’re scuffs all over it, this I can live with, although not ideal.However, the console unit clearly does not work and needs replacing under the warranty. Fit4Home, have only responded once to a message through the seller, I guess this fulfil there contract obligations to them, but not to my emails, although they wanted a video of the problem sent to them direct through email.I cannot get them on the phone as it seems to be a deadline when I last tried. Purchase from this company with caution, this will be my last with them!
Purchased item via Amazon. Had to return it as it was damaged. Their quality control took a month to confirm that the item was indeed damaged and agreed to a refund in 3-5 days. Two weeks later, this refund has still not been received. Have called the company and left a message. Beyond ridiculous customer service.

My eqyuptment arrived in a damaged condition, the materials appear very brittle The seat cover has a cut in it caused possibly by another product part and one of the holes needed has been welded incorrectly making safe assembly impossible. One of the cables also appears very greyed.Attempted to make contact with customer service is very hard, if you can get through on the telephone the line often cuts off in my exoerienceAt this time I have been refused a refund and the item has been rejected for return.
Bought fit 4 home treadmill during lockdown February 2021. My aunt and uncle who are both elderly used it half dozen timed and it remained in a garage with no children and all covered up. I took it out last week tonuse it and it started up and then stopped. Nothing working still got power at the on/off. Main panel not lighting up at all. Contacted company and stated nothing they can do as out of warranty. Paid over £400 for something that doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do.
This looked the part first time was very pleased first time of use got rid of packaging when to use it 2nd time started to make awful noise nocking and banging being trying to sent this back customer services were awful promised on phone they would sorted it heard for nearly a week very disappointed with product and customer services still waiting for them to arrange collection
Ordered a ladies Dumbbell set for my wife and when it arrived the box and case was broken.I contacted customer support and spoke to Nahida who arranged for a new case to be sent out to me.The new case quickly arrived and everything was resolved.Excellent customer support and special thanks to Nahida for sorting things out so quickly.
My gym equipment arrived this morning, there was ment to be 11 packages and only 10 turned up. All packaging was broken, tried to call the customer support number and have been waiting for the call to be answered for over 2 hours! Luckily I ordered through eBay… I will be requestion a refund through eBay. Absolute shambles company this is, with all of their bad reviews I don’t no how eBay are allowing them to trade through their website? Save your money guys DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS AND HEADACHE
Excellent customer service. Treadmill is fantastic as well, but even better knowing there is great customer care if they are ever needed.
Recently had to contact F4H looking for a replacement manual for my home gym. The response was very quick and a PDF attached to the e mail. Great customer service
I like to walk 6-7 km per day at about 5 km/h. This machine lets me do that when the weather is inclement. It's easy to use (even my visually impaired wife thinks so), folds to make moving and storage easy. At 73 5km/h is fast enough for me, but my grand kids have taken it to max with no problems. There are preset programs if required or you can set up you own. Great machine for the price and the fact that the company gives you a call to ensure your happy and the machine is working well is a bonus.
I sent a question to this firm to confirm that it had castors. Which it does. It was also important to me that I could fold it. Which it does. So I ordered it. After I took delivery I left the box unopened as it was very large and quite heavy. My handyman arrived a couple of weeks later to assemble it and I was astonished at how easy it was. It’s sturdy, doesn’t take up too much space and has several options for speed. It’s ideal. I did get a telephone call from this firm after I emailed a question. The man I spoke to was friendly and very helpful.
