I have been using Flair 58 for over 3 years. It’s my first and only espresso machine. Very mechanical, you can feel and see everything. Perfect for someone who wants to learn about espresso and grow with it. It is so versatile. It can do what a £3000 machine can do and do it better in some ways too. It allows you to make espresso as straight forward or as complicated as you want to. You will quickly realise that there is nothing in the market that can do what this does. I have upgraded/ added on a few coffee grinders but never felt like I needed to upgrade my espresso machine. The ability to make changes and adjust whilst you are pulling the shot is unparalleled. Cleaning and maintaining is super easy. 58mm allows you to swap into every new and wonderful basket under the sun. You can constantly evolve with this, learning new recipes and easily tweaking the recipes you know. It can make a multitude of espressos to filter style coffees, from traditional espresso beans to specialty light roast funky beans. It has stood up to every new crazy/cool/mad/ interesting ideas Lance Hendrick and every other coffee influencers/gurus keep coming up with. You will discover so much on your own too. It is an amazing companion for going on a never ending amazing coffee journey.

I was having trouble with Wizard Steamer that steam came out too part. I send message Flair Espresso. Mihir contact me and troubleshooting. I didn’t put parts right way. He also send me video that was really helpful. It was Christmas gift for my husband. We are using everyday after fix this problem. Thank you so much for helping me Mihir!!

Great product and perfect customer service!Been using product for 5+ years daily and it has been great. Due to own error I needed a replacement part shipped internationally that was not immediately available in webshop. Customer service was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service
When I bought the coffee machine it was initially quite complicated to use and I wrote an email to customer support. I literally had a response within 10 minutes and I could email back and forth as I had various questions about the unit. Responses were quick professional and included videos showing me how to use the unit. I was extremely impressed by the support I received from Vergil and team. And with their help I pulled one of the best tasting espresso shots I've ever made so I know the machine works.

The best coffee set up. Spend the money. It's worth it.The flair 58 gives me perfect espresso every time. I get marzocco quality latte microfoam from the wizard steamer. It takes time to learn but you'll get 30 years at least out of these devices. They are well built and durable.

High quality espresso at home
I've been a Flair owner for a few years now and could not be happier with the experience. I have one at home and another at work. The machines are very well made, and make high quality espresso. They are also very easy to maintain. Add to that the options they offer. I think it would be hard for someone not to find a machine to their liking. In the rare instances that I've had issues, customer service responded quickly and took care of things without much back and forth. I'm very happy I chose Flair when I decided to go in the manual lever direction.

Contacted Flair about my wizard steamer…
Contacted Flair about my wizard steamer not producing a lot of stream and within a day I had customer service emailing me back asking questions. I gave them a video and they were able to quickly diagnose an issue with a nozzle. They are sending me out a new nozzle ASAP. Super great customer service, definitely recommend Flair! Thanks!

I originally had this as a 1 star, because I ordered without the 1Zpresso attachment, and the product was not compatible with the grinder we had.However, after reaching out, their customer service was able to get the attachment sent out at just the cost difference.If you order this product without the grinder or 1Zpresso attachment, make certain you have a compatible grinder, or this will be useless.

I enjoy making espresso and own a normal espresso machine. I recently purchased a Flair 58 +2 for a more hands on experience and complete control. Coming from a regular espresso machine it takes a little bit of adjustment and getting used to it. Of course dialing in the grind and learning how to pull great shots. I'd say that after about an hour you will have it down pat. I ordered the machine and it came quickly. Then a few days later I noticed a Labor Day sale. I used their web contact form asking if they could toss a few bucks back because I just received it. The next day I received a notification of a refund matching the sale.Needless to say I am not only very happy with the machine and the fabulous espresso it creates (with my help), but also the excellent customer service. To be honest I enjoy making my espresso with my Flair more than my dual boiler semi automatic. I enjoy the control and process. Just keep in mind that it takes a little getting used to.I would also like to get the wizard steamer to compliment the Flair so I don't have to heat up my other machine to make my wife's cappuccinos :)
