If I could give a 0 I would probably do it, our move was so much difficult because of their service. Not professional and will treat you and your stuff like it doesn’t matter.I started talking to them because I had to relocate sooner than expected, they promised they were able to go out in delivery as soon as they loaded. Despite mentioning they were the ones handling my move and not a third party, I couldn’t reach them once I placed my deposit and seemed like someone else was actually handling my move. They came up with a pretty competitive quote and gave them a deposit, after that I was never able to contact them. As soon as I started packing I tried reaching out to update my quote because I noticed I missed a couple things, only thing they said was that it was okey, that they were going to leave a note (thing they didn’t do) and that I was going to get a quality call to double check the quote and I never did. After that the third party mover called to try to pull in my pick up date because allegedly a truck driver as ready to go on route right away. They picked up, obviously the driver said the quote was wrong and they had to update it… At the end I had to spend more than I was expecting based on the original quote. They didn’t go on delivery right away as promised, the attitude from the delivery driver was AWFUL and trying to hide the stuff that was damaged, and my stuff ended up pretty pretty damaged.And after my whole experience... I already said we had a really bad experience and to finish this up the customer experience regarding or bad experience was awful. After everything we went through they ask me to reach out, with them saying they were going to try to make things right.They AKNOWLEDGED that what happened was not fair, that our experience was bad and still they won't make things better and won’t take you seriously. It's a pain to go through customer service, that is if they answer at all. Overall bad experience a not professional, they won't take care of your stuff and will treat it like it don't matter, and if won't take care of the customer.
