Important tips for older/inexperienced app users
This review is specifically for the last customer service rep that I interacted with. Thank you, no reps had thought to give me some basic troubleshooting advice until I reached you. I had been having difficulty for a year and a 1/2 with tracking issues and getting credit, and I couldn't get past level 3. But as it turned out, it was all me because I hadn't refreshed my browser in that whole time, I'm not super computer literate! The last rep that I had, told me to refresh the browser and make sure I go in and accept permissions for any apps, etc. When I did that, my troubles were over! It's a really, really fun platform. Just make sure you refresh and accept permissions lol. I also had an issue with the Sam's Club deal;I purchased the deal for $19.99 as a new user. I believed I was a new user because i had never purchased a membership or even gone there to buy something. But, I had been added on someone else's membership a few years ago and didn't even remember it. Which, made me a previous member! I did not know that, so buyer beware there, because they told me that it was non-refundable. And, I had to go from Uplevel, to Sam's, to some third party in emails, trying to figure that out! Despite some very disappointing setbacks the past two years of doing this, I will definitely will be using my learning experiences and doing it next year!! Ii is really exciting reaching each level. And I have cool deals I still use that I found the 1st year it did it!Year 1 -$1000Year 2-$0 I wasn't using it right and no one gave my the right instructionsYear 3-$250 Almost all of the 60 days was wasted until a Great Uplevelrewards member explained computer basics to me!Highly recommend with 5stars, want to hit the $1000 next year!
