Flight Club took the guess work out of our Vacation planning experience. We typically take on these responsibilities ourselves and now have a greater appreciation for the knowledge and expertise that Annie and her team displayed. Their professionalism and communication were top tier and we are already looking to plan our next adventure with FCV!
We absolutely enjoyed our honeymoon. Annie made it so clear and convenient and removed the stress of planning. I definitely plan to use her services going forward for all my travel needs
My husband & I's honeymoon to Italy was cancelled due to COVID in 2020 so we joined our friends on their honeymoon & made it our own honeymoon / 1yr Anniversary trip to St Lucia & we all stayed at the Sandals Halcyon Beach together. 1st St Lucia is GORGEOUS! The resort staff were awesome! The room was perfect. I had a complete panic moment before going as I had to take 3 COVID tests before finally getting results in just before my flight but Annie stayed on it, was extremely helpful, kept me calm, informed & got us there right on time! Annie is AMAZING & we HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for all your vacation bookings!!
I am so glad that my first experience working with a travel agent was with Annie and her team! She was exceptional in response time, make sure she delivered everything within my criteria and even suggested additional services that would enhance my travel experience. I can't wait to use her again for my next travel adventure!
Recently I used this travel agency's service to vacation in D.R. needless to say there were a few problems at the hand of the hotel but I called the travel agency for assistance and it was quickly resolved. I felt like I had the hookup. Everything was exceptional including the property Hotel Zilara Punta Cana. I will use this agency for all of my travel needs going forward
Flightclub VIP was my first time traveling with a group and I immediately knew why they came so recommended. Everything was planned and executed perfectly down to the smallest detail. I enjoyed it so much I went on another trip with them that year and will continue to do so for future trips! I traveled to St Martin in May 2021 using the Flight Club VIP concierge service and without a doubt hands down it was the best trip ever. No detail was left uncovered from the upfront requirements needed to travel during a pandemic to multiple VIP excursions/experiences. Flight Club VIP works 24/7 to make sure as a client my travel experience was exactly what I wanted & paid for. If you want to travel to a new place & want to remove all the worries of planning it yourself- Flight Club VIP is the company to use!
My experience with Flight Club VIP was excellent. First, I appreciate the communication during the booking process. They kept us informed of everything that was going on with the trip and regarding Covid-19 protocols. The trip itself was amazing!! Flight Club VIP arranged for transportation , great excursions, group dinners, provided swag bags and extra activities. If anyone encountered any issues with the resort, they took care of things immediately. I loved traveling with Flight Club VIP!

Down to the smallest detail, most up to date information, highest quality of service, they leave no stone unturned with curating memorable travel experiences that combine adventure and relaxation into one. I would give it 10 stars if I could, Annie thinks forward and anticipates scenarios that most people won't bother to do and it save so much time in the long run. We have been skiing, on yachts in the Caribbean, snorkeling in some of the most beautiful waters. Experiences that I would not have had without Flight Club VIP because I wouldn't even know where to begin. Trust them with your travel I'm guaranteeing they will not disappoint and you will have the trips of your life!!
