Less than zero. My Cinemaster 2 Pro worked for a month. Then the controller would no longer connect to any of my devices. I contacted their support (6 months ago) they told me they were working on a solution and never heard from them again despite repeated attempts to contact them. So, I spent $600 on a pretty doorstop. They screwed me, DONT LET FLIGHTELF SCREW YOU!

Falcon Drone by Flightelf.
I sent several emails to try and return the Falcon drone. It took a month before they gave authorization to send it back. Was having difficulty trying to get the drone to fly. Plus the SD card I purchased, recommended by the company would not work. So to return the drone they say there is a 75% -90% restocking fee. That's basically the cost of the drone itself. Not much left from the $504.00 paid for the drone. Plus you have to pay for shipping back to China. So think twice about getting the Falcons made by Flightelf.

Flightelf Specter with crash avoidance
I purchased the Specter. After about 2 weeks the crash avoidance camera stopped working. I contacted the company and sent them a video of the camera not turning in the direction the drone is moving. First contact with them was 9/8/25. It's now 11/13/25 and the issue still isn't resolved. They keep requesting videos and I keep sending them, but there is no solution. I use my drone for property surveillance and it needs to function properly. I am not pleased with their customer service and will not only, never buy from them again, I will never send business their way.

Do not buy anything from flight elf they say they are American but they are not they are based out of China. If you buy a drone and want to return,they want you to ship to China not back to California which will cost you hundreds of dollars and the drones are absolute garbage.

Do Not Buy from this Company! I got 5 flights from the Specter drone before it got a mind of its own, spiraling out of control before crashing into the side of my house! Now that they have $800 of my money they have gone quiet! Terrible product and terrible customer service! Buy a drone on Amazon where you will get prompt customer service!

I purchase one of their drone the Falcon I received it 8-8-2025 I open the package on 8-9-2025 I wasn't pleased with the weight of the drone I thought it was a bit heavy and was concern about flying this thing and it lose control and damage something or hitting and hurt someone, so I wanted to return the drone also the order was short of a battery that should have been in the order but wasn't I contracted Flightelf only to be told that I had to ship it To China at my expense I asking thru via email if the drone came of Chino,Ca. and shipped from Colorado why was it necessary to send to China. The drone wasn't never flown only unpackage to check the order and find a battery was missing I contacted them about the battery as to this date never receive it their return policies aren't fair to the Comsumer because you stand to lose money on their shipping policies one way or another no guarantee on receiving unless you insure it at your expense and they make the determination whatever they can get out of you seems to be their only concern, it isn't promoting good business. Degree of lost rules here not product quality or good business practices. Upon contacting them about the battery again I was told it was shipped, as of 8-29-2025 haven't gotten the battery this makes a uncomplete order to return and shorting me on both end because I paid for it and don't have a complete order to return and that kills Mys 30-day return The original order date was 8-3-2025

Horrible customer service
They have no phone number to call and speak with customer service in the USA. Im trying to return my order for dissatisfied product and they don't respond. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Read other reviews and you will run away. Any company that's below 4 star rating is not worth the risk. Spend your money on some other reputable drone manufacturer.

Don’t waste your time or money with Flightelf
Also terrible experience with Flightelf. After a few days of owning the drone it decided to fly itself eventually crashing and being totaled . This company does not stand behind their products and took no time to help me, not getting back to my emails . Don’t waste your time with this company .

Cheap imitation of DJI drone
Cheap imitation of DJI drone. Ours would stop responding to controller and change altitude, direction, and speed on its own. Crashed itself day one. Company will not stand behind their product and just blew me off. Return shipping address is in China- this is absolutely not an American company. Save your money and buy a real drone from a real company.

The website indicates the company is located in Colorado. It also has a local number. Once I ordered the drone I noticed it was coming from China. I immediately attempted to cancel the order with no response. I received a reply the next day stating the drone already shipped and refunds were only made for unopened packages. I tried to charge the controller and it didn’t work. Contacting customer support is a joke. I’ve reported this firm to the FTC. Don’t purchase from this company. The response only shows the incompetence of the company’s staff. I know how to shutdown the controller. The issue is changing fails. I received an email advising that I was using the wrong charging port. There is only one usb-c port on the controller unit. The FTC will definitely hear about this fraudulent company. Please be aware that some of the positive reviews refer to the travel agency not the drone company. I’m not sure, but I would be surprised to see a verified review with a positive experience. I suspect those reviews are posted by agents who work for the company. As for your most recent post and incredibly poor customer service. The original is was resolved, but after following the procedure and unlocking the engines. It’s the most unstable drone I’ve ever seen. You’re a deceptive firm with a horrible product.

No customer Service sucks. I ordered and canceled right away and they still sent it to me now they won’t take it back and I have not even open the box never accepted package very bad Customer Service and I was told I had to pay the shipping of $300 ?? 200 whatever it is if there was a warranty issue. Edit-did not pick up ordered 6/20/2025 and cancelled immediately after reading the fine print ..and other horrible reviews and issues ..did not answer email tell it shipped then they said shipped and could not return or cancel. I contested the payment and they ruled in my favor …I wanted to check it out but was afraid if needed warranty or parts if didn’t work or what not that why I cancelled right after doing.

Flightelf's drones seem great.
I have never seen anyone weirder and less professional than the person who answers emails to the company's official info email address (He claims to be the CEO of the company).He answers emails without greeting, without stating his name, position or anything, like he's in middle school and chatting with his 11-year-old classmate. This seemed fishy, so I asked him 3 times to tell his name and relation to the company, but he still did not. He said that I had to subscribe to their YouTube channel and write a good review on TrustPilot. If this guy is really working at Flightelf, this company has no future.

I just bought the drone. Used it for maybe 5 minutes. Then tried to get flight logs from flight ftp that they said to use. They are only in Chinese. Asked for help, they where useless. Returning it. But you have to RETURN TO CHINA. Not to the place it was shipped from. Don't buy.

I received a new drone. The camera gimble was not assembled correctly. There was no one to telephone and whomever in china responded to the emails, did not understand the nuisances of English. After several emails, I asked them to replace the drone. I then had radio silence. They say free returns in 30 days, that’s a joke. They said the manual was worth $60, more like 60 cents. It was a poor translation of the original Chinese, did not describe some of the features. Used different words than those appearing on the remote. This company is horrible

I bought Falcon drone as a gift for my friend, so I have questions about warranty, the customer support from Allen was very responsive in the email and mostly helpful, he told me they offer free warranty for one year,so I no need to buy extra warranty, this in awesome, and he sent guided video to me for sharing with my friend, very enthusiastic and patient in helping me, will buy again for Christmax.

Their Customer Service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! They do not respond, and when they do they provide ZERO HELP!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! You are better to pay the difference and shop with the brand they are knocking off, DJI.

Bad company to do business
This company has a phony address. The phone number does not work. They will not respond to your emails. There is not a help line customer support. Good luck getting your refund. Instructions not adequate.
