I booked the flights with FlightHub everything was smooth, made payment, got confirmation email but few minutes later got another notification from my bank that there is another debit transaction which I don’t understand.

Horrible! I’ve spoken with 3 different people about my flight being cancelled due to political issues and the airport closures. I was on the phone for 3 plus hours all of them repeating the same thing over and over again! Unable to get MY FULL REFUND! No assistance whatsoever. Requested to speak to supervisor but got hung up on the phone. They would tell me the airline is not giving you the full refund and a penalty fee is involved. I check on the airline policy and due to things not in my hands and airspace closure I am entitled for full refund! Truly horrible!!!
I found most of FLIGHT HUB very easy to used and very straight forward. What I was a little disappointed with was your $75.00 charge for changing flights within 24 hours. Please don't use my full legal name.
This company sold me plane tickets without seat assignments. They claimed I did not chose seats but I did, now I have to pay the airline extra money...I will never again use this company to find/buy plane tickets

Quick, easy and transparent
Very prompt service from the call centre, I booked the wrong hotel by mistake, the call centre canceled the booking, I rebooked the correct hotel.All credit card charges were refunded within about 8 hours instead of the 7-10 days mentioned.
Great Service
FlightHub is a solid website, but it’s missing some key features when searching for flights. For example, when booking business class, it doesn’t show which travel dates are cheapest — it only displays that pricing flexibility for economy fares. I had to use Google Flights, which clearly shows the lowest fares across different dates and then redirects you to sites like Skyscanner or FlightHub to complete the booking.If FlightHub offered the same date-based price comparison tool that Google Flights provides, it would significantly improve the user experience. That’s the main reason I’m giving it three out of five stars.
